Creams in Kingston upon Thames

Poor service, not made to feel welcome. Ordered 3 ice-creams 2 flavours and order still wrong. Staff need training. Wouldn't go again.

Sadly, staff was so rude (except from the waitress), 4 of them behind the till completely ignored me chatting/flirting with each other, drinking and so. When I asked a few times to make myself seen and heard (although I'm taller than all) if I can order, I've been told with an attitude (male one with moustache) to wait for the other customers who came after me. Even I said that I came first, I've been still served after them. Additionally, one of them was coughing on her gloves with no mask, what's the point of wearing them then? Waffle quality was also unfortunate, too dry, we 2 waffle craving adults couldn't finish it.

The service is really bad because I ordered something and they gave me a diffrent order and they didn’t wanna change it to my order so they gave my money back and started shouting.The guy in the cashier was wearing glases and was very rude to me and my family.I will never go this place again.we always order from creams like 5-7 a month.I do not recommend anyone going to kingston creams as the customers service and the workers are really rude and bad

Absolutely amazing. The portion sizes were massive and the food was so so good. Lots of choices in what to get, fast service and not too busy. Highly recommend for any dessert and ice cream lover!

i am right here at creams kingston, its been a while they don't allow sitting, only take away, its sunday and people want to chill out. not to hold desert in their hand in the middle of the street.my child 4 years old and wanted to use the toilet . they said no. we had to do outside of the shop.staff extremely rude and not apologetic about their lack of service we paid for one extra ice-cream which they didn't give in the take away bag. we had to go and ask again. if you cannot have a proper desert shop why don't you close. i will give bad word of mouth to whoever i know. i work for a huge organisation. I'm sure it won't be good . disgusting

Very rude staff.The male member of staff behind the till was very miserable when he was taking the order.The table we choose first was under the AC opening and it was very cold so we decided to sit at another table. That member of staff was reluctant to take the order because we asked him to change the number of the table and he seemed very annoyed with us. He even started grumbling to us.At that point my family and I decided not to proceed with the order and leave the place. He said good buy as he was relieved to get rid of customers.I was absolutely shocked and bemused to see such a nice place left to rude staff to run it.My family and I would come near this place again.

I haven’t been there in ages and decided to treat myself and my partner. First of all no one to welcome you as it used to be, we had to get table on our own . Secondly we waited 15 minutes on the queue to order, after all the lady on til said to me there isn’t any receipt after I’ve paid it all. 20 minutes later we received our cookie dough while checking if ready saw staff CLEANING THE PLATE BY BLOWING ON IT AND USING HER HAND. Covid friendly it was supposed and there was HAIR in mine. I’ve returned it of course, got my second one without staff apologizing and she just threw it on the table literally. Never going back again!The manager should train their staff properly. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Their ice cream sundae is utterly disgusting , it leaves a nasty after taste, after a few scoopes. I had to through away over 3/4 of a large ice-cream cup. Their cookie dough is raw and not to standard. Common, I think you can do better than.I am very disappointed and if there was a provision for no star, I wouldn't put any.

The Royale Creme Sundae and Knickerbocker Sundae here was mouth watering, although chocolate Gelato tasted extra darker. Could spend an hour with family or friends over an ice cream.

We went to creams today and ordered Waffles, it was very sticky and the waffle consistency was cakey. There wasn't the normal amount of hazel nut spread on the waffle! We were very disappointed as normally the food tastes really great and the waffles are done nicely! Too bad that this happened :( ! Also My friend ordered strawberry topping and they were quite dry and not fresh as they normally used to be.
