Nice staff, nice ambience but the food is no where near worth the money. I ordered a baked potatoes which came only warm...but then topped with tuna which if any colder would have frost on it - and that cost me £10. Surely a baked potatoes should be piping hot when it comes to the table.

Had Afternoon Tea. Very friendly staff, great quality tea, cakes and sandwiches. Scones were so lovely and served warm with jam & clotted cream. Definitely recommend for afternoon tea! Had a very pleasant experience:)

Great Cafe Restaurant fantastic service kind and polite. The toasted cheese sandwiches (three) was dry and almost no Salad, the third one with cheese and ham, the ham was so small. They had no mayonnaise which the sandwiches needed they offered ketchup instead which reminded that even John Lewis in dropping. It seemed we were in the Sahara desert as the three sandwiches were so dry

Place was great, the staff are wonderful and food was good..girls loved their babycino. The toasted melt was a bit on the burnt side so that bread was hard to bite into.

I came to this place and it is amazing. I does offer a great view of Kingston. Staff were very helpfull, great selection of cakes. PS: They have a piano which plays by itself.

I feel bad for giving such a low review, the staff are lovely and setting is calm and pretty, but the Welsh rarebit was basically some slices of toast with some bland cheese sauce on it, barely any cheese in it at all! And there should have been grilled cheese on top of the sauce, there wasn't. And the salad was covered in a mustard sauce so strong it could blow your head off. The tomato relish just tasted of vinegar.I'm very disappointed and I don't think I'll be coming here again except maybe for cake. The brunch menu needs expanding and improving.
