Fratelli's Delicates in Kingston upon Thames

The lasagne and pastries were delicious. Hopefully I can go back and try a few more things.

In this place I can find my favorite Italian food ❤️ the quality is very good

Top quality Italian produce. Knowledgeable and friendly service. Not cheap, but you pay for the real deal!

We were so excited to find a true Italian shop/restaurant. Unfortunately the food was dry and seemed old (not fresh) and extremely over priced for what it was, what a shame as we thought we had found a gem.

A very good choice of all yummy tasting home made dishes. Enjoyed my lunch very much.

Have been going to Fratellis for years. Their Chèvre goats cheese is the best for grilled goats cheese with salad. The calamari fresh on a Saturday from 1100 is also great but sells fast. Really pleased to see they have been here for so long keeping a quality shop in the street despite hard times.

Quite rude customer service. I would have expected kindness in such a well-stocked shop. But from my point of view, kindness towards the customer is very important, so I will never go into the shop again. I felt embarrassed for their business .

Poor attitude of server. In a totally empty shop, you'd have thought they'd be at least vaguely grateful for a customer. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Also, top tip, the aggressive and badly handwritten sign on the door is off putting for customers as it sets the tone before you've even been stupid enough to walk in. Embarrassingly poor effort

I bought today mortadela and salami Milano. Very tasty both of them.

Food is really good, coffee is passable but not advised. Hot chocolates are ok but don't have a mocha - it is literally like a weak coffee with a spoon of bitter cocoa. Highly recommended though.
