We tried the set lunch in medium, it consisted of a bowl of spicy seafood noodles, a bowl of blackbean noodles and fried pork. We also had the fried dumplings which were homemade and really big n' delicious. In all it was a hearty, home style experience and we came away quite stuffed.

Good food (can be a little salty to some), service was quicker than expected, friendly staff. Overall a great dinner.

Quality has definitely dropped. Used to be my go to place for 짜장면 but now... not sure where to go.The choice of ingredients or quality must be lacking. Something is off with the taste of the food. Please go back to the way it was before. Or you'll start to lose customers. Local Korean customers are all saying the same thing lately about here.

Update March 2022: no still haven’t changed my mind did come here to give it another try but I still don’t enjoy it it’s mainly large bowl of noodles a lot of noodles and flavour wise it’s not great neither so how is it possible it’s so popular?Hold on a second how this place got such a good rating?I mean portion sizes are alright but the content is meh.Hardly any meat. Don’t get me wrong it’s not that I only love meat but it should be at least balanced and if you need a microscope to find some meat in your dish than something is wrong (did I order vegetarian?)I was not happy after my first visit. I might give them another try let’s see

Visited - 03/11/2018Atmosphere - casual dining, family friendly, tables close to each other (large group of 6+ sometimes get a separate room)Food - decent proportions (set menus good for groups of 2+), food served hot, satisfactory authentic flavour, dishes pricing around £10-15Service - waiting list at busy times, food served on time, content with staff demeanour

Always right choiceTo be honest, their staff is not really friendly but dont mind anyway food is nice ;)If you like weak taste black noodle, it’s really niceCompare with others, it’s unsalted and not strong taste so my favourite black noodle

Nice cozy restaurant, fair price and good customer service. We had pork scratching with sweet sour sauce, which was like our starters, very very nice. It came with Lettuce with sauce, radish and sauce for radish, and kimichi. My food was fried rice with some black looking sauce, which was nice however the fried rice tasted quite bland and needed more kick taste. I think some nice chilli spice would be nice. The sauce for the fried rice was quite good because it gave it a unique taste. My partner had noodles which was spicy, and my food came with the same soup spice in a bow just like hers, it was meant to be fish taste. It tasted very nice, it very spicy but good mixture. We were given a water bottle which we can use to top up our cup. This was very good because they don't enforce us to buy drinks, we'll respected.I cannot mention about the price because I didn't pay. Design of the restaurant is actually quite nice and modern, not Malden -___-The staff customer service were good, nothing wrong. And food came on time, no delay or nonsense. Waiting time was like 15mins which was OK for Friday evening.Their toilet could use a rework when they have time. But so far, I am happy with this restaurant, will go again if I have the chance man.

The food was okay however too small portions for the price. There are not much meat for fried meat dishes whereas more starch. And I asked one of the staffs to provide high chair for baby and she asked me take by myself. Food taste is good but customer service is terrible.

Really good Korean food. The lunch sets are huge so I'm really stuffed. There jjajangmeon is highly recommended. They serve complimentary starters, unlike a lot of Korean places in London. This place is as authentic as it gets. Almost everyone here is Korean. The area around also has a thriving Korean community.

Have to go, if you want to try Korean Chinese Cuisine.Perfact.In my opinion, Jjajang-myeon(짜장면) is better than Jjambbong, and best dish is Yurinki which cooked by chicken with sweet spicy sauce.Ah!! Highly recommend to order very juicy Gun Mandoo(fried dumpling with pork), this is the best really fantasticcccccc ever I tried in my life.
