Gourmet Burger Kitchen - Kingston in Kingston upon Thames

The food was really nice and they did a great job of cooking my burger 'well done'. The staff were efficient and friendly and I think we only waited ten or fifteen minutes at most. My only grumble is that for some reason GBK have stopped doing Falafel across their shops which is a disappointment. Was I the only person who ever ordered it then?

A decent sized restaurant. Staff were all lovely and explained the ordering process very clearly (order via app, qr code or at the counter).Burgers were extremely tasty - we both got classic burgers, one with American cheese and the other with cheddar with a side of sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries are absolutely incredible and pair so well with the chipotle mayo. The burger is a perfect size without being overindulgent or too filling and is, hands down, my favourite burger!I got the raspberry and elderflower fizz, which is so refreshing. We also got beignets for dessert, and wow... 🤤 We got 12, which ended up being way too many, so we took them home and they gave us the chocolate sauce to take away too. 3 each is plenty, as they're heavier versions of profiteroles but oh so tasty.Would definitely recommend for the classic burger, especially and will be going back!

Great food, service and staff were really helpful and couldn’t do enough. Kitchen is well organised as we were given food really quickly and all piping hotS Much better experience eating in than delivero where it’s always cold!

Burgers are great . Just we asked no onion and one of them had onions . In general , nice place to eat fast and move further.

The food is ok & the service reasonable. The app to order is a bit faffy & since they changed the menu after lockdown if you want a smaller burger you have to order the kids meal which for some reason always comes with carrot & cucumber sticks.

Thank you to Amandee and staff for a lovely experience at Kingston GBK. We were all very impressed with the service we received considering there were 16 of us for our son's 16th birthday. The food was also good and the whole family were happy. Thank you 5* 😉

Beyond burger was great, onion rings were super crispy and the staff - given that we turned up right at opening time - were very cheerful.

Very delicious food, and a very accommodating menu for lactose and gluten intolerant people. Was very impressed how the staff was especially conscientious about making sure all my food was allergen-free. The burger and fries, dips were top-notch; with a friendly, attentive and quick service, this place was a good choice for dining out with friends. Highly recommend!!! :)))))

Food was good quality for a gourmet meal. I had The Taxidriver with Truffle & sweet potato fries, and an oreo milkshake. 😋The atmosphere was oki-sh, its super chilled with a rustic vibe.The waitress was attentive and respective but the cashier appeared lazy with no energy or care .

Was turned away by all the other restaurants on the road but welcomed with open arms at GBK. The service was amazing. They offered us complimentary and the food came out instantly. Thank you!
