Han Karaoke Restaurant in Kingston upon Thames

Gorgeous restaurant, great service and delicious food! We got meat platter 1, doenjang jiggae, makgeolli and some tea which was perfect for 3 people/slightly too much but everything was so yummy we finished it all :)) The waiters are friendly too, thank you Luke for your great service!

Extremely unique interior. We didn't know we needed to make a reservation but nevertheless they managed to seat us somewhere. I would definitely recommend booking a table so you can have access to ordered the Korean bbq menu options. The service was good, however my friends food took so long to come about 30 minutes from the time mine arrived. We alerted the staff and they apologized and took away the service fee from the bill. This is a place I would definitely come to again to have the full experience of the karaoke and Korean bbq options.

Could be a really tight venue, the staff are informed and helpful, food I've gotten here is always good, however there's just a standard you'd expect and after booking a karaoke room a day in advance to be put in a smaller room with a hole in the sofa was a bit shabby. The system is a bit dated but we did get the hang of it. All in all we had a great time doing karaoke and I appreciated the free shots. A BYOB or more affordable drinks would go a long way.

The Food was great just need to add a little bit more choices on the menu.

One of the best meal I had in London, If in terms of value, it can be the best valued dinner set I ever had here. High quality meat especially chicken, kimchi pancake & deep fried chicken were so good. Fresh, yum and not oily at all. Nice interior design & the price inclusive for karaoke.

The area was accessible and easy to find. The place was oozing with authentic Korean aesthetics and taste. They had a variety of food choices in the menu and the staff were very polite and warm. Will definitely come back.

It was my first time in this place and the service was very bad. I have been to other restuarants in New Malden and wanted to try here but I wont be coming back here or recommending it to anyone. We did not feel welcomed when we arrived. Staffs werent bothered or interactive. We placed the order through the QR code and food arrived pretty fast but there were no tablewares to eat. We ordered bbq, lettuce and other stuffs to eat with bbq. Bbq arrived but the sides didnt come. Had to tell the staff few times but they didnt seem to bother. We ordered 2 tteokbokki but only received one. Got charged for both which we sorted at the end but not happy with the experience at all.

We ordered the BBQ set 1 which was super yummy but I think I expected slightly more for the price (especially considering the BBQ sets were supposedly recommended for 3 people and we had to pay separate for rice).If you want to go for karaoke I’d probably book in advance, especially on busier days, because they most likely won’t have any room for walk-ins as it seems to be fairly popular!All in all, Korean BBQ is always and exciting experience.

We were a party of 13 and sat on two tables, each table had about 6 dishes the quantity of food was very little for £25/ head set menu because of our party size. Ordering separately we would have got much more food. The staff were not that friendly service okay but food very disappointing. Totally not worth it at all. Don't go!

My sundubu jiggae and kimchi jjeon were both quite lovely and well priced. Good portions generally tooThe food comes out at weird times and our drinks arrived after our food arrived. Also ventilation is poor which isn't great if you're next to someone bbq'ing.Also all (I think all) of the appetisers are deep fried or some sort of batter which isn't ideal.
