Kfc in Kingston upon Thames

Good food as expected from KFC but no parking so its painful to buy from their if you are in a car

I used to love KFC, but now it seems to lack the taste it used to have. Ate at the venue but was not given serviettes or salt but was given them when asked. Table was not cleaned even though it only had 2 other customers in the shop. It was around 3pm.

As others have mentioned the food tasted so horrible. The chicken was bland, so dry and overcooked did not taste like kfc at all. Will not be returning. Worse kfc ever, ended up chucking my food away

Tables are rarely cleaned. Ordering machines are always out of paper. I only go because of how cheap it is but the wait can be horrendous and although I ALWAYS eat in, it is always given to me as takeaway.All around quite disorganised, not super clean, way too busy at lunch and they only get a second star because of price.

20 mins wait for my food the staff didn't manage properly. Slow, and had a huge build up of orders. My order was wrong when I got it, no apology and ignored when asked for salt and pepper

This restaurant was extremely busy. The service was very slow, only one of their ordering machines were working, they had one person working front of house. It wasn't very clean and staff were quite rude when taking orders.

I wish I could give -star! The worst branch Ive tried and it puts me off the whole thing. The fillets are extremely salty, the quality and taste of the rest are extremely poor. Reviewed based on many visits, will definitely never put a foot there again.

Worst kfc ever. Stupid and lazy staff. Delivery drivers are waiting for hours and shouting for their orders. Staff fighting with customers.

Comfortably the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Had to wait for half an hour for our food (a Zinger Tower Burger Meal and a Fillet Tower Burger). Our order was wiped from the screen after two minutes of ordering, leaving us worried our food had been forgotten. Our worries proved founded as ten minutes later when we were checking that they HADN’T forgotten they asked to see our receipt, which they then took off of us so they could complete the order. A good fifteen/twenty minutes later we heard them scream across the kitchen for our missing Zinger Tower Burger. Five minutes AFTER that, we finally got our food. Half of our order was fresh as they had only just cooked it. The other half was cold, having been presumably sat on the side and forgotten about. This is without mentioning the medium coke they handed us, which was barely half full. Without a shadow of a doubt the worst KFC restaurant I’ve been to, which is a shame as my general experience of other KFC’s are consistently positive.

oh my God,this KFC needs to be reported!I ordered few times from it and always been issues..but mostly them sending warm cans of drinks ..cause thats what you really want with your takeaway but last Friday I was craving a burger so much and ordered one and ..sure I waited over an hour and came cold but when I had a bite, it tasted absolutely rotten,I was so scared and opened it juts to find they sent MOULDY OLD LETTUCE IN IT!I was absolutely angry more so that I have stage 4 cancer and this could be really fatal for me.It tasted so so rotten! This is a serious issue and needs to be reported ,I have never ever had such bad state of lettuce in any burger I have ever eaten in my life, how is it possible to sell such a thing???
