KFC in Kingston upon Thames

The restaurant was in a disgusting state. Bins overflowing and rubbish or leftover food on every surface. Couldn't have eaten in even if I'd wanted to. At 8.30 pm on a Wednesday night, not busy in there, I would have expected it to be so much better. Come on KFC, is this what you have become?

It's just KFC but decent and thechildren loved it. Nice staff

Always missing something from an order - how can you order box meals and forget chips? And how is it hard to distinguish coleslaw from gravy? Hiring people who have no customer service and are clearly illiterate to not be able to read orders. Also getting through to them via phone - don't bother lol

Ordered online only to recieve chicken that tasted like complete rubber it was actually too tough to even chew awful experience would not reccomended it to my worst enemy

We have ordered take away and on the order we asked for beans and for the third time now they again have not checked the order and when I ask the guy to wait he disappears. We phone the restaurant and all we get is abuse and when I ask for a manager they say that they are the manager. Very poor service. Did not want to write this review but I have given them enough chance’s

great service , 5 to 10 mins have a great chicken bucket for the late night snacks.

I used to love KFC, but now it seems to lack the taste it used to have. Ate at the venue but was not given serviettes or salt but was given them when asked. Table was not cleaned even though it only had 2 other customers in the shop. It was around 3pm.

Slow service... terrible. In this location, the work team should be more dynamic. Next to a big pub and opposite a disco... the service should be better because the kfc in Kingston is always busy.

Tables are rarely cleaned. Ordering machines are always out of paper. I only go because of how cheap it is but the wait can be horrendous and although I ALWAYS eat in, it is always given to me as takeaway.All around quite disorganised, not super clean, way too busy at lunch and they only get a second star because of price.
