Worst service I have ever had food came 2 hours late. One of the worst tasting curry's I have had.

Fast delivery. Amazing flavours. Love the cinnamon in the tarka daal. Very professional on the phone. Had a laugh and was easy to order. Thank you as I'm not the closest.

Ordered a vegetable curry and disgusted to find 1 piece of chicken. Will never order from here. It’s evident that the restaurant does not bother to make vegetable curry but curry’s with animal meat. Will report!!

Really wanted to order from this place so i called them up to ask if it was halal. They said yes so i was continuing to speak and he just suddenly said “bye bye” and shut the call on me.Terrible Service, really not convinced to order from here

Food usually on point but maybe they have a different chef tonight that cannot cook like the other chef! Lamb biryani really lacked it's usual flavour, had not that much meat in the rice and was very disappointing. They did give lots of poppadoms and dips but biryani was below standard. Meat obviously not seasoned or any flavours added..boring!

Food is above average I am ok because I was hungry . But when a customer pays money , be nice to them .. tell them to have a seat . Also my advice for the business owner , collect money when food is ready to collect .. not like charging first, ask customer to wait another 25 minutes, not fair ... what if customer have an appointment, be honest with customer rather than quickly taking 10 pound . If the order than takes 20 minutes, just inform customer rather than saying 5 minutes, after 5 minutes they say 2 minutes after two minutes they say 5 minutes finally 25 minutes. May be in Bangladesh time has no value . But owner need to understand the life in UK .. please honest with timing, just say it takes 20 minutes.. I lost my appointment because of this ..

Ordered from here twice. The first time was when we were moving into the area and the food was disgusting it went straight into the bin. Last year during lockdown we decided to give it try it again because a lot of places were overrun with so many delivery orders we got desperate during the pandemic because it was late at night and we had a lot of car troubles that day and were too busy. We hoped that maybe maybe it had improved because of the stars on the reviews so maybe it was no longer like this. It was even worse than we remembered. Last week my Mum bought it from there not knowing how bad it was. She felt sick. No kidding this may be the worst Indian takeaway in the area hands down.

Awful - have ordered from here before however, looking at the dates of the reviews, this would have been 2 years ago + when the reviews are better. We ordered and after 1 hour called the number on their website. This rang out so living close by, I went to their premises to find out what was going on. I was told my order had already left. I walked back home to find it had still not been delivered. I called again and this time, a call centre answered who gave me the number for the restaurant. As I was speaking to the restaurant, the delivery driver arrived, some 1 hour 15 mins after ordering. The prawn puri was luke warm and pretty tasetless. The onion bhajis were good, but again cold. The Goan fish was nice but luke warm. The mixed lamb, chicken prawn shahlick (the most expensive main on the menu) was just tough pieces of overcooked lamb, ok chicken and prawn. The veg side dishes were good however, the naan breads were stone cold. Considering we live just a 3 minute walk from where this is cooked, I was very disappointed with the temperature of the food. We won't bother with this one again. Saffron Summer, across the road is much better.

Big mistake ordering from here. The food was very late. It was cold when it arrived. There was about 5 small pieces of chicken in the curry. I asked for the curry to be spicy instead it was just bland. Absolute joke. First and last time.

I have to say that ordering from this vendor was one of the worst experiences I've ever had when ordering food.Price:The food was more expensive then I would usually pay, however, I was using a voucher code that UBER kindly sent me.I noted that positive reviews of 4.3 for this vendor "Khasturi Indian Takeaway"Delivery:Fast delivery & polite member of the team dropping off the foodIn terms of food:Delivery one:The order arrived with the wrong contentsThe onion bhajee was soggy & greasy (see attached pics)I was sent a starter instead of a main for my tandoori chicken (see attached pics)Both our naan breads were burnt (see attached pics)Delivery two:The order arrived AGAIN with the wrong contents AGAINI was sent a starter AGAIN instead of a main for my tandoori chickenThey didn't re-send the Chicken Korma & RiceThe phone conversation:Call number one:The member of staff I spoke to was initially fantastic, he apologised & offered to re-send the order ASAP. We sent photos of the burnt Naans and explained I received a starter instead of a main & bhajees were soggy & greasy. He accepted this and to his word, we had another ring at the door with another delivery bag.We opened the bag and half the order was missing again.Call number two:I spoke to the same member of staff again & explained that the exact same wrong order had been delivered & that additionally he had ALSO forgotten to include my wife's main dish. The gentleman called me a liar & told me he didn't believe me. I offered to send to him photos of exactly what we had received as proof but he wasn't interested. He was extremely hostile towards me, rude & then hung up.Call number three nearly ten o clock:I called him back & explained that I have no agenda or reason to lie, he continued to speak over me, call me a liar & told me never to order with him again. We will never order from them again & will also tell anyone that listens just how rude they were and how badly they handled the situation. As a business owner, I understand that we all can have bad days but it's how you deal with them & what you do to rectify the situation. Khasturi Indian takeaway should review their order processes & also their customer management training.
