Great buffet. Nice selection of Chinese food to pick from, when busy you can expect new food to be brought out frequently. Decent view of spoons and kfc. Only thing that is letting it down is the lack of the grill option they used to have where meat and quid would be cooked but apart from that it’s a top tier buffet for the price.

Worst customer service. We politely asked for a glass of water and the lady at the counter straight up said that she won't give us the water even though it was 10 minutes before the closing time of the restaurant. After insisting, she said that she can only give us one glass of water even though we were two people. This was beyond me. It's not like we wanted a cocktail or a drink. It was just some water. How can someone be so disinterested and impolite? When we told the lady about her attitude, she started yelling and asked us to never visit the restaurant again. Her attitude was so disgusting. Why would anyone bother to visit this restaurant anyways if they keep treating their customers like this?

Amazing food for a great price. Very friendly and helpful staff too. I ended up having three full plates of food plus dessert. My only complaint was there was a slight lack of choice. Other than that, I have no complaints, the food was delicious! I'll definitely be coming back here one day.

Was very busy so was confident of a good experience. Several dishes were not re filled at all in the hour or so we were there and chicken felt very slimy. Unfortunately for the following 2.5 i was incredibly unwell with vomit and diarrhea my daughter was also unwell after eating hereSadly we wont be returning

The quality has been going down for a while... The grilling area is out of order since 2020 (something so easy to fix but Management prefers to save instead improving the costumer experience). Food is exactly the same for the past 3 years ( or even less choices) Food area constantly empty and price higher. Something will need to be improved fast to have costumers coming back.Staff is lovely and attentive.

The food it’s self is amazing and the price is brilliant however last night a few of my girl friends and I visited Kung Fu and everything was going well until we finish our first serving, as soon as someone had finished on the table a waitress was there taking the plate and this continued through out the night, I personally thought maybe they were running low on plates and needed the turn around as quick as possible, then a waitress lent across my friend and her plate of food to take my plate from me which I thought was very rude and unnecessary considering the waitress could just walk round the table to my side. Later in the evening the section we were sitting in was closed and they begun the cleaning process (no where near 11pm closing time) the mop that was used gave off an awful smell of a dirty nappy like it had never been cleaned, we had finished eating by this point and just finishing our drinks, however a waitress then came over to us and said that they were cleaning the area and we needed to move to another table, as we only had drinks left we drank them and decided to leave, (waitresses waiting at the end of the table for us to move) as we stood up to put coats on oneWaitress squeezed past a member of our party to get to the table to clean it. All in all I felt it was very poor customer service and clearly they wanted an early finish on a Friday night!

I went with my daughter, she has been many times before but this was my first time. Absolutely brilliant, food was amazingly good, tastes fab, selection is huge, alot of attention to detail with various sauces dishes vegetarian and vegan options etc. Lots of dessert options too and some healthy ones! Staff are lovely, and once you have finished your plate of food swiftly remove plate so you are free to start afresh with a clean plate. Cannot wait to return. Highly recommended and a bargain !

Friendly staff. A large choice of dishes to choose from as well as desserts. It has a nice atmosphere and the staff keep your table clear of empty plates and glasses. Would recommend if you are in Kingston

I was quite contented and enchanted by main and dessert menus at Kungfu Buffet in Kingston Upon Thames.Chinese and Asian foods were decent. Not too much salty and greesy on the one South Korean's/my standard.Staffs are accommodating and good to help me when I tried to get a new cutlery. Toilet is fine to use.In the UK, unfortunately visiting buffet restaurants is the best/ultimate option since British cuisines have still and not yet satisfied me on appetite and prices. I never have idea why British restaurants cannot be superseded buffets. Sorry, if British citizens are hot under the collar however this is undeniable fact for me and most people so I am not able to lie.
