Food never came, don’t order from here. They accept the order and keep extending the expected time without letting you cancel. Waste of time don’t bother

These guys accepted my order via UberEats. 2 hours after the estimated delivery time, I am giving up waiting and going to bed. I called the restaurant over 15 times. Most of my calls didn't go through and it said "line busy". All of a sudden they started going through again, but still nobody picked up. I appreciate I made an order around 1am, but its now 4am and nothing. The order is still "active" on the Uber app and since theres no way to contact them, I can't cancel. Why accept an order you can't fulfill?

Will never order from here again. Over 1.5 hours wait for a delivery on a Sunday night at 10pm (not exactly peak) for a delivery that was estimate 15-35 mins. Cold pizza. Tasted like a frozen supermarket pizza.

Awful! Not many toppings, pizza late delivery and not very hot. The worst thing is their Italian parma ham and rocket pizza had no parma ham or rocket! See picture! Don't bother complaining as no one there listens or cares. Seems the new management is just as bad.

I ordered the 15 inch double deal. I didn't get the garlic bread or wedges or the stuffed crust I'd paid for. When I told the delivery man he said I was wrong and to call the shop if there was an issue. Have tried calling five times and no one picks up. Have emailed the shop explaining the order was wrong and I want the rest of my food delivered or a refund but have heard nothing back. Will not be ordering from them again - unfortunate as the pizza is actually really nice!

Food OK from number of customer phone calls wanting take out deliveries. This does cause a bit of delay if you want a quick donor kebab after coming from a nearby pub. Counter service slow because guy taking delivery phone calls at the counter rather than serving.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. New to the area and already visited pizza experts numerous times in the last few weeks.I can honestly say I’ve been impressed with the service, price and the quality of the food. Even met the new owner what a great character, who’s willing to go extra mile for his customers.If you are ever in TW, KT postcode area or just passing by then I strongly recommend this wonderful place...

Wonderful place! I love the fact that it’s open till late, the man who served me was very polite and got everything right! The pizza was delicious! I order from here at least once a week and every time I haven’t been disappointed with the service/food delivered!

Placed my order at 20:20 didn't get it till 22:00. Got lame excuses and the pizza wasn't that great anyway. Along with the terrible service when placing the order it was probably one of the worst pizza deliveries I've ever experienced. 100% will not be ordering frI'm here again
