McDonald's in Kingston upon Thames

interesting experience… a fight broke there once and the situation was diffused very well! my thoughts go out to the undercover cop the handled the fight.

They forgot to give me four dips!!!!! So annoying I ordered 20 chicken Nuggets and received no dip, that’s ridiculous. I might considered not to choose this place ever again :(

Busy but promising 👍 they made our food in less than 15 min which is good according to how busy they are.

My experience at this establishment could be described with two words - fast, reminiscent. Having consumed my meal brought back memories of times when I was living in a simpler world, when eating this kind of food would bring me joy. The mcplant was sufficiently moist.

Ordered food and my 4 year old needed to use the bathroom but the downstairs toilet was out of order, manager refused to allow my child upstairs to use the toilet even tho she could see he was physically desperate to go and ended up having an accident, terrible customer service will never return to this McDonald's. To top it off took over 15 minutes for food to be ready. Disgraceful wheres the common sense.

I’m disappointed with this place. No table service option even the table numbers were there. We opted to eat in yet our food was served take away in a bag with no tray. Moreover sauce was not available at the station and my burger was cold.

I love that they are open very late but the waiting sometimes can be unbelievable for a fast food chain. make sure that your take out order is correct before you leave the counter. There is more than enough seating area. The top floor is usually empty. unlike many McDs the condiments are served at the counter and you have to ask for them when they hand you the food. Very friendly staff.

It's laid back for a McDonald's despite being busy. We ordered 2 apple pies, a mc flurry and water (so it wasn't even a complicated order) and we were waiting for at least 10 mins. I asked one of the employees if they had our order because it had disappeared from the screen. She proceeded to ignore me and then go fulfil more orders. At this point, over 6 orders had been served before ours, including a man who had ordered at the till whilst we waited for our order. It was eventually resolved and we got our order, but it's silly that an order where all the items were ready to just put in the bag and give (especially the ice cream that was just sitting there melting) took that long. The way the employee responded irked me further as it was a simple question and there was no courtesy to even say "I'm sorry you've been waiting a while, we're just a little busy. I'll go check your order now." So all in all, poor experience.

Just passing on a long journey into London and felt hungry. As always in London parking is an issue and this is a high street location without any. Nearest car park was just 5 minutes away round the corner. We had breakfast muffin meals which were nice and hot and tasted lovely. Toilets could have been cleaner but otherwise a good McD experience 😀so would use again.

Pretty nice and alot of seating as there's also an upstairs. The only downside is that sometimes it get can very busy and the workers can mess up your order. Other than that it's alright.
