McDonald's in Kingston upon Thames

The staff here are completely miserable and rude. They don't take any pride in serving their customers.Whilst I was waiting for my order, several customers complained about cold food, chocolate milkshake tasting like banana and unnecessary delays in receiving their order. I was only there for w few minutes but witnessed at least 6 customers complain. Each time the staff member was short, argumentative or unkind. Guess what? So was my order cold!

I've ordered from this McDonalds on Ubereats several times. Every other time, one item is missing. Thankfully, Ubereats provides an instant refund.

Had a big Mac menu and it was great staff was nice the place was clean had a nice table to sit at so it was great overall. I wish all McDonald's would be like this one.

The order management is dreadful, missed my order when it was already prepared and need me, A CUSTOMER, to remind them to prepare my order. The queue was not LONG at all and only a handful of customers were there and they still messed up. Better training is required.

The staff member by name Arthur was very rude and unprofessional. Me and my colleague ordered a meal and the new pineapple smoothies which come filled up only half which is not how is shown on the menu. There answer was that is how the mashine is make it (maybe they forgot to check the sirup in the mashine maybe was finished). When we ask for another one the supervisor on shift said that they will makr another one and when this guy Arthur come to bring it he was like this is how need to be and after he take the rest of them open one of the previous cups and pure it in the another one in front of us. I ask for a refund and when i complain about him to the supervisor, she apologies and in front of me she turn and tell him that i complaint about him and he said something but i didnt heard him. Thats show how unprofessional all of them are there.

Toilet Torture: WARNING if you use McDonald after 7pm you will have a longer wait for the loo. Only one: Disabled Toilet in use for all, customer and even security staff.Been there today (Saturday 25th) after 7pm. Full of people at tables and ordering. The 1st floor was closed off and off limits. Bad news for anyone wanting to use McDonald's toilet. They are based on the 1st. Leaving one Disabled Toilet open to the customers: male and female, disabled and baby changing! Customers were left fustrated and desperate at wanting to use a Loo as they qued up. I asked security to allow my partner to use the upstairs toilet ( on account of the que). He refused stating it was closed. We waited for our turn to use.A few minutes before I got to use it the same security was wanted it's use the loo. He expressed his frustration of not being able to use the loo. He was having to wait for his turn. He went away. A few minutes later I was him emerging from the stairs and out the barriers. He had used the first floor toilets. He couldn't wait his turn obviously.The idea of closing off the first floor where the toilets are situated is simply bad for customers who need the release of a loo. One loo is not enough.Finally, on mey way out, I had to inform customers and security that there were no loo paper left in the toilet.What a day!?

Very rough in here, if in Kingston go to the bentalls centre one, it's much nicer. The milkshake machine is often broken too.

Service was incredibly poor. Our order (no.021) was at the top of the prep queue for ages. Meanwhile 20 orders made after ours were completed and handed over. When we eventually had to ask why it was taking so long? They just said "we're making the cheeseburgers"(it's not like we had ordered many, just 2). McDonald's, if there is a delay on an order due to an item not being ready and 20 orders are going to jump ahead? How about you advise us of that issue? We were not the only customers who were waiting a considerable amount of time and your staff looked confused and in considerable disarray. Order 42 should not be given out before order 21. 🤦‍♂️

This McDonald is worst one. I ordered twice (first time was 2 years ago and second one is today) through UberEats. And both had missing items. First one was missing bigmac. Second one is was 2 bottle of orange juice and one sprite...Google map shows not crowded in the store. So, maybe their operation is collapsed.

My experience at this establishment could be described with two words - fast, reminiscent. Having consumed my meal brought back memories of times when I was living in a simpler world, when eating this kind of food would bring me joy. The mcplant was sufficiently moist.
