Nando's Kingston in Kingston upon Thames

Visited with my 2 year old daughter for a evening meal, staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming, and were very on point with anticipating peoples needs. They table servied me everything including my drinks and sauces which I was very grateful for and overly impressed by (isn't usually a service I've experienced before when taking my young daughter out for meals on my own) A big thank you to the team who were on shift on Tues 3rd May 2022, you made it a memorable experience and we will visit in house again after that mindblowing experience, we are often regulars on delivery. I highly recommend for couples and families.

Staff are very professional and accommodating. The food is splendid and at reasonable prices. The restaurant itself has a nice rustic theme and Overall good vibe. Would reccomend!

Not the cheapest dining option. 60 quid for lunch with 2 adults and 2 children. I only had one piece of lemon & herb chicken albeit tender and delicious. Refill soft drinks hike up prices I think. One of the kids only had fries. We bought dessert separately(so even more cost incurred) custard in pastry was delish and my grandson found the fro yo superb. I would recommend Nandos in Kingston because of the quality of the food. And walk off your meal with a stroll along the river which is across the road.

Great staff, was not a hassle moving our table and was very friendly ! well maintained branch. Food is nicely cooked. First time coming here and this is the first time I’ve had garlic bread not over cooked like in most stores !! service - was lightning fast! Overall very happy !! Might be the only Nandos location I will go to even though I live 40minutes away!

Went there and asked for a table for 4 people, the guy who came over was quite bored and not in the mood for much. He just said that it'll be 30 minutes as the upstairs is closed, turned around and left.. so we stayed there discussing what we'll do, we wanted to reserve a table for that time but no-one would come over for a long time. Someone did come along in the end and we told them to write down a name and number for our reservation. They took it but weren't happy about it at all.So we left to go for a walk, they called after 15 minutes and stated that our table is ready and they're keeping it for 10-15 minutes max.We went there, took as exactly 10 minutes (checked the calls record). The person who took our reservation the first time, didn't even come over to talk to us, but saw us and whispered something to the girl that was hosting at that time and she looked at us and said "we gave your table away as you were over 10 minutes"!!! We weren't. They were rude and not in the mood. Not a Nandos way of service for sure. Very disappointed.

Great staff, well maintained branch. Food is nicely cooked. Not enough ketchup bottles however and closed off the top floor with a line of customers! May be to keep up with service - which was lightning fast! Overall a good Nandos location.

I'm haven't visited nandos in a while, not the biggest fan. Not much has changed and this branch was like a typical nandos. Visited for lunch, with a baby, high chairs available, staff were considerate about where to seat us seeing as we had a large pram. Plenty of seating upstairs. The building is old and creeky. The staff were very helpful. I had the sunset burger and chips. The bean burger has changed since I have last visited and isn't as good as it used to be. The hummus sauce is very spicy. The bottomless drinks machine has been upgraded and now there is more drinks variety, happy to see that. It would be nice if Nandos had a more interesting salad selection. As always Nandos is a safe reliable choice. Consistently good food and service.

Like a good Nando’s! Great branch! Food prepared perfectly. Excellent customer service by Marina. This branch is the cleanest among many others visited recently. Still feel more attention required by staff around cleanliness of cutlery and dishes in all branches.

Love nandos!! Was soo excited to try their gravy it was perfect, still think £1.50 is a little steep for the little pot of gravy you get. You should be able to either get bottomless gravy or a big jug for the table! Also tried the Clementine spice and it was nice but couldn’t taste any clementineOveral meal was great 😊
