Authentic and additive-free Chinese dishes, plus dim sum menu in relaxed, tall-windowed restaurant.

Cooked dishes were quite up to standard while the dim sum left some room for improvement. The ambiance did not feel like much a Chinese restaurant; it was more like having Chinese food in a western meal venue. A bit weird experience indeed.

We ordered crispy duck, beef ho-fun & chilly, garlic and spring onion prawns. The beef noodles came first - the beef was dry and the noodles were over cooked - lacking flavour and oily. We sent it back and asked for rice instead, which was nice. The duck then came and was very dry (think beef jerky). The prawns were not bad and were quite tasty. We ordered Cuvee Chaumiere wine for 20 squid and it 4/10. Total cost for two was 71 pounds and it's totally over priced and not good value. For the same money, I'd recommend Good Earth every time, even if you have to drive for collection!

Coming from a Chinese background I found the food excellent. We had dim sum and was very authentic especially seeing it was gluten free ( me being gluten intolerant can’t have very much from a regular Chinese restaurant). The service was great the staff was very knowledgeable and the owner is lovely and very caring! We will definitely be going back with friends and family!!!!

The food is nice and the gluten free options will help some people. The premises is nice and the decor is different and adds charm. The staff are helpful and friendly. The device based menu and ordering system is a little fiddley. The prices are rather more than other similar restaurants.

It is not as good as Royal China and the menu is pretty small but it is a lot better than some. There was a waitress and a floor manager. The waitress was not very helpful and slow to clear the table despite the restaurant being less than half full. The floor manager was helpful and tried to compensate.

Zero stars.Clueless staff. Rude and unapologetic manager. Indifferently flavoured dimsum.Do not go if you are gluten free - the staff don't care.We had to order through an app, not a person. Despite our order being 3/4 "gluten-free" items, the staff asked no questions about any allergies at our table and served us gluten-containing soy sauce and other items without even blinking, let alone checking if we were aware that it contained gluten. The manager refused to apologise and showed no concern whatsoever at upon being told that her staff had effectively poisoned one of us. The dim sum had very little flavour and we're not a fair representation of the glorious food traditions of China.Exceedingly upset and angry right now and feeling very poorly from the gluten. Cannot understand how a restaurant which boasts of its gluten-free credentials all over it's windows and marketing could be so clueless and care so little about their customers.

A superb culinary experience. Everything I had was to die for. Particular mention for the gluten free parsnip cakes and spring rolls. This restaurant is an institution and a beacon of hope for the lovers of Chinese cuisine who happen to be allergic to gluten (or to other allergens for that matter). The staff are very kind and supportive with different dietary requirements. Even if you do not have any specific dietary requirements, I would absolutely recommend it.

We had been looking to go here for a while since my sister can't eat Gluten and oh my did they deliver! My sisters face when she saw so many options of gluten free chinese food was so worth it. The food was delicious. The restaurant was very pretty too. We will definetly return. Highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys chinese food and specially all the coeliacs out there.

I found the best HOT And SOUR soup in London! It's a tricky balance to get this soup right and Naturally Chinese in Surbiton definitely gets it. I also ordered the Peking Duck, Szechuan prawns and Singapore noodles. Wow! The flavours are incredible. I ordered Char siu buns to start with and they came out steaming hot in baskets. It was admittedly one of the best I've tasted. Service is very good, and the decor is pretty with lots of green plants around the restaurant. They also have a gluten free menu with dishes I never thought could be gluten free. I highly recommend.

This gluten free restaurant is turning into my regular! Food is good served by friendly staff. During the week it can be busy however Sunday seems quiet.
