I ordered special butter chicken which was the worst butter chicken ever made with coconut gravy and so sweet like dessert and the butter garlic naan were really cold and not to mention the prawn dish with one single prawn which costed 5 pounds.Secondly they don’t accept card payment online and asked me to pay in cash. This is my worst experience ever. And would never order again.

Placed an order on justeat. Order wasn't accepted by the resturant and they wasn't answering there phone. Had to contact justeat for a refund

Fantastic food, really enjoyed it. I will definitely order again. On of my best curries I had.

Nawab is a decent Indian take-away. Food can be a little slow sometimes but it's worth the wait - consistently good.

First time ive ever bothered to do a review of a place, but its probably the best ive tried and thats saying something because i eat at far more Indian restraints than i care to admit. Really really tasty ordered a few times and it never disappoints!

One of the best takeaway I had in years. This place thrives with orders and taste absolutely delicious. One of the few authentic places in Surbiton. MUST TRY !

Ordered a delivery from Nawab to go. Got a Chicken Puri and a Parottavfrom them. The delivery was swift through Uber Eats. However, the taste was not as expected. I would have liked it to have more spices, more aroma, and more chicken for the price. The Parotta on the other hand looked very similar to the one I had in Saradas. Too similar, that I doubt whether they both buy the same frozen item and reheat it. A very average place.

Made order last night but paid £15 for delivery... when order came had no COCA Cola ... so driver asked should he go back... well the answer to that should have been yes... moment realised it wasn't there when got to my place ... not ask me after waiting 30 minutes ... if he should then drive back whilst I do what? Wait another 20 min for driver to return with COCA Cola?Annoyingly driver didn't refund money for the coke COLA but just £5 change from £20 note order of £15... so missing drink...Then the Biryani that I ordered ... was meant to be lamb but they used beef thinking I cannot taste difference ... noting a few restaurants and takeaways mainly takeaways keep using need or other meat than lamb in food. One of these days the food standards agency will order and test the meat being sold ...But personally other than the kebab that did taste like lamb compared to the meat passed off as lamb in the rice meal ... which was very poor for sum of £8.50 ... certainly should have went out and gone to Sainsbury's or M & S to get takeaway as would have got better price and meal ... when pay or waste £15 on night in meal... expect to have the meal you ordered not no drink... beef for lamb in rice and thus not pleasant experience.Roti was cold but okay with lamb kebab but for the missing coke and beef in lamb Biryani get a poor 1 star... I wouldn't use this store again as another in area does delivery at £10 which I didn't use as didn't have it's number... which shows I use these takeaways very rare ... but yes it filled my belly but if ASDA delivers they don't say oh sorry left coke with a smile ... expecting customer to be nice and forget or ignore as you have charged for a drink you should provide drink ... and or refund drink money... infact you are lucky that I was hungry and didn't send back the order with no cola ... unpaid on grounds order wasn't complete.

Wow! a little gem of an indian takeaway hidden away in a small frontage... but definently doing big thingsBlink and youll miss it... We only happend to stumble across this place whilst parked up to get milk from sainsburysWe ordered starters and mains for three. Food was plentiful and actually lasted for two days. A small portion if salad and free popadoms and dips came with the meal tooWe had the mixed grill + nan, chicken jalfrezi, chicken sagg and chicken dhansak (didnt order rice - we cooked that ourselves)The grilled mixed meat was exceptional. The guys have a proper tandoor and the meat was excellent quality. The lamb which can normally be tough was melt in the mouth. Spicing was really good with authenic levels of corrieander seed and chilli. There was little to no fatThe best dish was the jalfrezi which was the nicest i have ever had. Completely different to what im used to. The chicken was so perfectly cooked. Soft juicy moist and the veg retained flavour and colour. Its actually top end resturant quality. The dhansak had a lovely balance of heat, sweetness and sourness. Really creamy lentil base. Fresh chillies are used to bring heat to the dishes so be warned and ask them to make it to your taste. The sagg was really fresh and again chicken cooked to near prefection. Nice and garlicy with again balanced spicing and a decent level of warmthNann bread was average, it came with the mixed grill. Salad too was average.Quality of food was actually surprising coming from such a small place - well worth a try. The guy at the desk said their chef had 25 yrs experience which i well beliveThankfully these guys also deliver and their menu has taken pole position on our pile of indians to order from

Wow, what has happened to what was once the best Indian take away in Surbiton. Just had a delivery of awful food! The nan bread was cardboard the rice looked and tasted vile and was certainly not onion rice. The Tika masala was in a thick and horrid sauce and the 'starters' were inedible. Waste of money, which was more than advertised too!
