New Kam Tong in Kingston upon Thames

I’m never the one to leave negative reviews, but this is a must. Do not order from this establishment at all cost, there’s so many others around that deserve your money instead. I’ve been trying this restaurant for many years but enough is enough. Their false advertising of what you get and absolutely rude customer service should not belong in our community. I ordered fried rice and turns up with egg fried rice and curry together in a box, thats not what the description entails nor was advised. When telling them it’s the wrong order, they say I ordered wrong and I should apologise.

Spent £50.00 and the food was disgusting. Spoke to the manager who ignored me. Even having a few drinks didn't help the tasteless food. Would not recommend

It is a nice Chinese place in surbiton especially for the yummy pork and corriander dumplings. I miss it alot now after moving to Scotland.

Best Chinese takeaway in Surbiton by miles. Don't understand the critical reviews about portion size. They are massive and we always have way too much. Very reasonable prices too.Use fresh ingredients. Recently had something with stem ginger and it was clearly fresh as opposed to pickled.

For the first time, I tried their house special crispy noodles and I was amazed! They were really crispy and all ingredients were full of flavours!It was really delicious. I will definitely order again such nice crispy noodles!

Placed an order for 4 people at 8-3pm last Saturday and told it would take an hour and to be delivered. At 9-45 no order had arrived and phoned to check. We were told that the order had not been made up because of a conflict between 2 staff. Had to go and pick up which meant we ate at 10-30 = definitely no good. We were offered only £6 discount or 15%, a bottle of coke and some useless fortune cookies. The food was good when we eventually received it but you risk more of the same poor service all of you in Berrylands

awful food. stone cold. took 1 hour and 30mins to deliver! 3 items were inedible. the crispy beef could have been anything. justrock hsrd lumps of batter no taste of meat at all. stale prawn crackers and awful spring rolls. refused to compensate me claiming driver was stuck in heavy traffic....I live 8....yes 8 minutes away!!! disgusting service. just eat are refunding me not even half the bill. shocking really but better than nothing. don't eat here!

Very nice service and friendly staff. Food is very good and this has been my weekly favourite Chinese takeaway for the past 5 years. This is the perfect place if you are Vegetarian and want a good Chinese. They provide good sized portions at reasonable prices.
