Norbiton and Dragon in Kingston upon Thames

I was told this pub is a highly recommended place as I’m not from Kingston. I came here for a few drinks for my boyfriends birthday and was very disappointed with the service and my experience. One of the bar staff who wore a hat and had a beard were very blunt and didn’t seem rather happy when we entered the pub. I did not expect this especially in a pub that has had so many good reviews in the past.After trying to be friendly and smiling at him when I went to get my next drink, he was still acting cold and uninterested. When he was putting the chairs away before closing, he seemed frustrated and started aggressively stacking them on the table.I will not be returning here in my next visit.

Superb local pub- smashing garden with heated huts…. Pizzas are absolutely brilliant- fresh with loads of choice & they cater for the little ones really well. Best beer options in Kingston with regular change up of craft pales/IPAs & lagers, plus always have local Kegs on typically from Twickenham Ales or Park brewery. Staff work hard and there usually lots of them meaning service is tremendous. Very family friendly but the front of bar has a good adult feel to it and they have a good big screen for the better football & rugby. My fav local pub by a mile!

We live so locally to this pub, have heard so many good things about it and the pizzas but have never been here.We decided on this location and it was the best choice we made, what a beautiful pub, friendly staff and the pizza's were tasty and arrived so fast.Thank you 'The Norbiton'!!!! We will be back.

Booked a table for the football, was given a fantastic table with perfect view - really appreciated the effort. The service at the bar was great and the pizzas were excellent - really good pizza. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is 1) menu is limited in that pizza is only option (and I don't normally eat pizza!) and 2) the bulb in the projector is gone so the picture for the football wasn't great! Otherwise a great pub and a great night out. Thank you Norbiton.

Nice big pub with large garden. Good vibe but a little over-priced. The pizza's from the food menu are great.The garden has some wooden Boothe's which seat six and a canopied area with heating.

Very nice pizzas and beers on offer. Plus live music every now and then. Kind Staff. Highly recommend.

Awesome pub with friendly staff and great pizzas.We had our pre-baby party there on the weekend which was really nice. The staff cordoned off an area for us to use which was great. Planning to do another birthday there this year.

We hosted our daughter’s 18th birthday here with family and friends and had a fantastic night. Iain did a cocktail master class for the young people which was fun, informative and delicious. Constant flow of delicious pizza and attentive staff looking after our every need. We love The Norbiton and have lots of family celebrations here. Thanks Iain and team. Epic as usual!

Our lovely local. Great selection of beers, and the pizzas are amazing. We hired the upstairs function room for our daughter's birthday, and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The brought the food and drinks directly up for us, played music, and even left us a lovely Happy Birthday message on the board. Thank you for making the process so easy :)

A wholesome family pub. A decent beer selection and reasonable pricing.Good place to watch sport on the big screen. They also have a room you can hire upstairs for parties and events.The food is pretty good. Not exceptional, but good enough. The pizzas are the standout.Overall, a nice pub.
