We had a private dining room, and overall service was fairly good and the staff were friendly. Food came very quickly and portions were very generous. The online ordering system is shared between anyone with the room QR code which makes it very simple and easy to see what has been ordered by different people. The room also comes with a buzzer to request for staff.

In my view Nori is the best restaurant in New Malden. It's secluded and unassuming, but the owner is passionate about the quality of the food and experience. It's clean, and has a great local atmosphere. Meals are always well presented and vary with each visit with fresh and interesting side dishes. Food is delicious. Highly recommended.

Friendly staffs and fast service. Only thing is finding the entrance is quite tricky… my advice is go thru the Bingsoo cafe to the end and you’ll see a lift and the staircase leading to 1st floor to the restaurant.

This is the best Japanese restaurant you can find in New Malden! The price is really reasonable for authentic Japanese food! The tempura don is so delicious that I have to order every time when I visit. It’s such a cozy and quiet restaurant to dine in, highly recommend to anyone who is a fan for Japanese food. Now I am moving away from New Malden but I’m pretty sure I will come back to Nori in the future :)

We’ve been looking for a great sushi restaurant since we moved to London from the US 7 months ago and now we’ve found it! Nori was excellent with good portions, good prices and great service. Glad we found a new favorite restaurantLook for the sign above the drive/alley and take the stairs up one floor. You won’t be disappointed

One of the best Japanese restaurants. Huge menu selection and also quite big portions. We ordered nori udon and chiken katsu, would definitely recommend this! There is also wide variety of cocktails and alcohol. Good prices and friendly staff. Very pleasant atmosphere and design, there are also 2 separate vip zones made in different styles. Would definitely come back!

Phenomenal. Just randomly came across Nori and it was one of the most delicious Japanese experiences I've ever had.Got the karaage platter (incredible), sashimi platter (delicious thick cut tasty sashimi which is very fresh), soft shell crab sushi (one of the best) and a poke bowl (my first ever and mind blowing).Go now or regret it.

Slightly hard to find in a side alley entrance, but when found, this place did not disappoint. Greedily ordered three sides and two mains between two of us. The portion sizes here are generous and we left feeling stuffed but well looked after. A great little find.

Cozy and lovely place, quality food and close to the taste tried before in Japan, 4 Japanese people were having dinner in the same time. Besides, the price is not expensive at all. In my personal view, it is the best quality-to-price Japanese restaurant in the UK so far.
