Ordered a pizza through Uber eats. We had some left over and reheated it. My son was eating it and found a piece of metal baked into the dough of the pizza. He's lucky he didn't choke on this. Complained to Uber eats, but please beware of this place.

Pizza turned up wrong, website didn't have the right info as to what they are saying to me on the phone, so it's my fault apparently.. really bad customer service from the manager

Ordered Doner kebab and chips with garlic sauce. No garlic sauce hardly any dinner meat nearly all chips. Pizza thin crust which come as thick crust. The doner wrap was as ordered. First time order never again charged for sauce not put on or in pot. Very poor quality and size. Suggest someone reads order.

Has a good range of deals and collection offers, however they seem to cut back on your toppings, last pizza I had only had one slice of pepperoni per slice of pizza.

I ordered and request 10 times to put extra topping, but he has given just 4 small cube chicken in 15inc pizza. Rest of just tomato sauce nd restless cheese. Really stupid owner who has no respect to customers. Very cheap mentality nd worst pizza maker

Just collected , got home and found food to be very bland and lacking in toppings , not sure what was used but ingredients taste like they are the cheapest of the cheap ...to top it all , i believe when cut the tool was clean but not dry , as both pizzas left a taste of detergent in the mouth. also the garlic bread was nothing more than a cheap baguette cut in half with a minuscule amount of garlic on it and a layer of cheese melted to the top, all in all a major disappointment , and being honest i think it will be spoken about for a long time as the worst take away we have EVER HAD. Pay more and go to someone who knows what to cook and how to cook it!!!

Another great. Pizza night. We've never had a poor Pizza from here, been eating them for quite a few years and they are great at sorting us out for kids parties (Done Pizza for 20 kids with something for everyone). A tip for you all, order direct from the shop and it's called Pizza on Thames so I order Pizza. There is a surcharge, this is new but it's 50 pence, I guess it's cheaper than reprinting the menus; I didn't ask it was 50 pence and there is a big sign in the shop.

ordered 2 pizzas last night with bbq base to which they added £2.00 to the bill to which it does not say on the menu. when we phoned to complain they said everything gone up in price so they still give out old price lists this is GROSS OVERCHARGING we was a regular customer spending appox £100 per month. to which they lost a loyal customer.

Soooo gutted cant believe how aggressive the man I spoke to was. The order was wrong and what food they got rite was diabolical. Microwaved corn on cob really crap coleslaw like 1 pence worth for over a pound. Disgusting everything rank worse than a crappy motorway burger van. I asked for them to send what we'd paid for to be literally shouted at. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered from here and collected as we'd just moved to the area. It was a complete waste of money as neither myself nor my children were able to eat the meal. The pizza dough was most probably frozen to start with rather than made fresh on the premises and it was soggy and doughy in texture. We had a cheesey stuffed crust on the pizza which was inedible. Couldn't taste much in the way of a sauce, the cheese also tasted frozen - it certainly wasn't fresh! We also ordered mozzarella sticks which also didn't taste as though they were fully cooked.I think the only positive thing I could say about this place is that the staff were kind and friendly and gave my crying 3 yr old son a free (fizzy) drink in an attempt to calm him down, it didn't work and ultimately caused more tears as I had to take it away from him.Despite it's close proximity to my new home I will never buy from this restaurant again and I would not recommend it to anyone else either.
