Planet Pizza in Kingston upon Thames

We usually buy our pizza here, but the service we received today was ridiculous. The driver dropped our sides of chicken wings outside our front door. We understand mistakes happen, but the driver didn't even have the common decency to pick up the wings. He left them outside. And we were left picking them up. We were more disappointed about this. We rang up and the person on the phone couldn't even apologise and just offered us 1 slice of cake for the inconvenience. I doubt we will order here again. How disappointed we were left.

Pizzas are a hit or average. Sometimes they're good. Sometimes average.However the sizes are misleading. Unlike every pizza place ever, they don't list their pizzas as small medium large.So at this place medium is small, large is medium etc. So be careful with that.I like that they do deep pan and that they use real green chilli's, not the pansy ones that have no flavour or heat.However the chilli's have a very odd chemical taste/smell to them.Don't forget 80% of taste is smell, and we don't just smell through our noses, but also via the interconnected airways that obviously are connected to our mouths.Staff are generally friendly, though one guy is aggressive.

Great pizzas with tasty and fresh ingredients at a very reasonable price. They offer a great deal if you order and collect (buy one get one free). Really nice service and all in all good people

Delicious and well cooked Pizza!!! Ordered a Thin Crust BBQ Base, Chicken and Sweet Peppers. Even though it was near to closing, the staff were attentive to our order from taking the order to delivery. Looking forward to trying out the other delights on the menu. Thank you and keep up the great service. Ordered directly from Shop, much easier process.Highly recommended.

Ordered on NYE on Uber… unrealistic delivery time, but when I phoned the restaurant they were honest and the 5 teenagers I ordered for were happy. Good place I think but bear in mind they might be later if a busy time - Maybe always call the restaurant or order direct..?

Terrible pizza. Ordered extra large and the size is too small. Please don’t order from them

Worse company. The pizza came to be less than half of the size. We ordered large pizza 12 inch and came to be 6 inch and took more Than 1 hour. When I spoke to them they hang up. Order elsewhere. The pizza was ordered to kt3 4qe. Terrible service. Totally let down

Food is great no doubt but 5 out 10 times I order they take so long way over the recommended time they give

So far so good, we’ve ordered our at least 4 last pizzas in here. Tasty and arrived fast, nothing to complain. I strongly recommend the giant pizza prom, great value for the quality and amount of food 👍🏻

I love their thin crust pizza, the tomato sauce used for the base is ADDICTIVE! Absolutely delicious and food is always well done, hot and delivered earlier than suggested. The only downside it was that several times new staff didn't understand very well English and got bits and pieces wrong but despite that they added free sides on our next order as I gesture of goodwill. Now staff taking calls seems to have improved, fingers crossed will stay like this!
