Regent Chinese Restaurant in Kingston upon Thames

Food is still excellent all these years on. But the restaurant really really needs some TLC. It's lost it's sparkle please put it back to the number one choice in Kingston.

Just ordered our first takeaway (based on reviews from our local Facebook group). Really impressed with every aspect, food arrived on time, piping hot and tasted amazing. Based on our experience tonight, we will be using The New Regent as our new takeaway delivery and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Not impressed at all. Prices very high for what it is. Would have been happy paying if dishes were tasty or portions were decent, but neither happened. Some staff didn't know what chopsticks were. Won't be going back too soon.

Very easy order for collection, amazing establishment with great customer services. Food is excellent and well priced definitely recommend

I was apprehensive having been recently unable to eat gluten that there wouldn't be anything available for me, but the staff were amazing in accommodating and changed many of the dishes to gluten free! They were very helpful and friendly, thoroughly enjoyed the meal!

This place has gone downhill! Greasy over cooked food and bland in taste. Used to be one of the better Chinese restaurants around. Also customer service is terrible you complain and no care at all! If you want a good experience better to pay a little extra and go to Good Earth in Esher.

Food was not cooked properly, food tasted good and halfway through realised the chicken was raw inside and lost the apatite, so not recommending feeling awful , I would recomand them to check the temparture always before serving .Was trying to contact them via emails before publishing in public but no contact details found

Beautiful food and amazing atmosphere, the only problem was we should have checked the price range beforehand. It was just worth the price for what we got but makes a tight student budget tighter...
