Absolutely shocking. Ordered a variety of vegetarian and chicken dishes. All of them came in the same oily orange sauce with very little variation of flavour or appearance and excessive amounts of sauce. When we eat Indian food in London or at Indian friends houses it is so far removed from this pseudo-Indian red slosh. Terribly disappointed. The aubergines pictured below were as much of an oily sludge as all the other dishes. If you like good Indian food do NOT use this take-away.

Food was ordered by phone and was delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes. When I called the restaurant, at first, I got no answer but eventually was able to get through. The woman on the other end was rude and did not offer any apology for the delay, further stating that the restaurant is busy on a Sunday. I understand that restaurants get busy but offering up excuses rudely instead of simply apologising is terrible customer service and is guaranteed to deter customers in the future. I seriously would not recommend dining at this establishment.

Food is good and with the name it is very spicy with chilli flakes you see everywhere especially if you get a fried rice. Normally we don't see that ina a proper Indo Chinese dish but may be for going with the name and make it spicy its been added. Indian Thali food is good though done only on Fridays. Take away - Though arrived after 25mins had to wait for another 10mins in the restaurant to get the delivery though it was not crowded. This is one the restaurant must focus on to make it more timely. Also the restaurant must have options for those in the family who don't eat spicy food as not all like hot and spicy food.

I have been a regular customer for spice house. This time over I ordered palak paneer and mutton curry. I'm very disappointed in the quality of food served to me. The mutton was severly undercooked, very hard and completely indelible which normally isn't the case. However the palak paneer was amazing. Would not recommend getting the lamb dishes from this place anymore couldn't eat the lamb at all, me and my partner had to throw all of it away.

No food is worth waiting for more than 2 hours to be delivered. It's the third time when we placed an order on Uber Eats and the delivery slot keeps being updated every 20 mins by another 30 mins... and another 30 mins... and another 30 mins. Finally we call the restaurant to check what's going on as by now delivery time is estimate as 10:00pm and we are half asleep. Delays with the delivery, blames it on the driver. We offer to come and collect it ourselves... needs to check with the kitchen. Finds out that food is actually not ready yet. But "we should continue to be patient" as it will arrive as soon as ready and refused to cancel our order. Rude, careless, disrespectful, no apology given. You should learn something from all these complaints. You could start with an apology (it's free) and take it from there. Never again.

Food is Great but the delivery is always late. My food never arrived within one hour and I ordered more than 20 times till now.Poor Delivery service, if you are on uber eats why dont you use uber delivery service. Seriuosly tired of waiting for the food

We had an amazing Indian food here. We wanted to try this place the previous night but due to high orders they didn't let us dine in, so had to go to another restaurant, which was really terrible. This time we wanted to try this, man!!!! This place is awesome. We really loved the flavour and the taste. We ordered butter Naan and chicken tikka masala, It is exactly like how i used to hav in India. Everything was so good. We will be going to this place again to try few more dishes. Will update that as well, with photos... Love this place...

14 Aug 2021 I have ordered chicken meals by 42GBP. The food was old and obviously heated up by microwave from the fridge. The worse Indian food ever ate in my life. Please avoid.

We had a great experience here. We weren’t sure if it was more of a takeaway place as there wasn’t ever such a lot of ambience, however, we were wrong. The chef came out immediately to talk us through our choices and was really friendly and informative. We ordered loads and absolutely loved it. The mutton curry was incredible and the mutton chettinadu (sorry if that’s spelt wrong it’s from memory) we also ordered a chicken tikka masala which I can’t really comment on as I’m not a fan of it as a dish but it wasn’t bright red with food colouring. Everything was so reasonably priced and the service was great. We only wish we lived nearby (we were in the area for work) as my husband particularly didn’t feel he’d had such a nice curry since a holiday in India.

Chicken curry came with fresh chopped onions in and was very basic tasty. Also fish garlic curry was awful we couldn't take any of it ...Indo noodle special house they called, same ,nothing special about it , paid ÂŁ30 and food wasn't good quality at all ,I was surprised with their just eat reviews.Only bread was good tbh.I recommend them to go and eat other restaurants food and improve their food.its a shame .
