Spice Lodge in Kingston upon Thames

Worst then ever. Wanting more money, bad food either cold or salty or watery or even all. Service was very bad.

I had ordered 4 biryani and last time I ordered, my naan breads were burnt and they said that next time I will get it for free. They told me to pay £30 but I asked for a discount and they said £25 but then they changed to £27 I said fine. When the driver came my daughter opened the door and he was shouting and demanding £41 and all my children heard him. Then I called the shop spoke to the manager then he apologised for the driver.

After ordering my food was not even edible as it was cold and bitter as I got delivery and when it arrived the curry was spilt in the bag.

Horrible experience never ordered again. Got shouted by the employee and they blocked my number.

Normally good but ordered one in past few days and Im very ill now 😪

My best local Indian!It's that good, when I go to see friends in other local areas they ask me to bring the Indian from kingston with me :)Never had a bad meal since the spice lodge began! Also, their tandori chicken tikka pieces are AMAZING! 😍

One of the best Lamb Biryani I have had, and excellent value at 6.95! They have a great selection of chefs specials, all of which I have tried have not disappointed!

Awful. Pasando was watery.Poppadom was stale. Korma and Madras was bland.Phoned to complain and they offered us another curry…. No thanks.Avoid this place. Last time we had Alamin. I going back to them

I was on vegetarian diet so ordered veg jalfrezi. I was shocked to find a piece of chicken in it.

The best Indian in Kingston and always consistent! The food is delicious, always arrives hot and customer service on the phone is excellent and the so polite / friendly. Cannot recommend enough.I would say if you can then collect as they are quick at cooking but third party delivery services (like Uber Eats) are not so reliable. Obviously this is no reflection on the place itself and it's a shame that you have to call the restaurant to ask where the food is where it's put for delivery as it is no fault of theirs if it is late. I am one of those people (sorry!) but Spice Lodge are always so patient and cooperative when I do.
