Starbucks in Kingston upon Thames

lovely little shop. merchandise is well presented, staff are friendly and on top of cleaning work station but shop floor couldve done with a sweep and clean. prices aren’t much different outside of london so this is good to see. not much more you need from a Starbucks ☺️recommend ✅

Advertised price wasn't what they charged. Need to update the price list. All coffee shops are becoming too expensive, I certainly won't be using any of them as much as I have been.

Sat outside and had my own flask of coffee which didn't cost as much as Costbucks.

Nice, clean place. Toilet out of order, you can not pay by cash what is not too Good.

Bit expensive but very accommodating because they have a lot of dairy free options. Brown sugar shaken oat espresso is very good but pricey.

Really nice venue, with friendly staff.Their coffee is good, I would say it's better than their cold coffee which can sometimes be a little icy.They offer blue light discount which is really good, not many places do and there is plenty of seating available inside and outside.

Always busy with a central location with shops.and other stores that surround the Bentalls. The service is alright, nothing extraordinary but sometimes the queue can extend upto the street, so be weary of the hours you visit this shop.

Fantastic how a Starbucks Coffee House makes one desire to sit in and hold a conversation with another individual, even when one is in a hurry,L😄L! Both toilets were closed, when I asked staff they just said they won’t open it for me. As a customer I should be allowed to have bathrooms provided. She was just clearly ignorant about it and didn’t care as they have their staff toilet to use..It also goes against the law :according to section 20 of the 1976 Local Government MIscellaneous Provisions Act, is that toilets should be provided if food and drink is being sold for consumption on the premises.Very law standards for Starbucks they clearly don’t care about customer it’s all about money grabbing these days…

Starbucks does such nice coffee, super clean and friendly staff. My 5 year old always asks for a babychino with cream and choco, they are so welcoming to her.
