Dated interior but def a place you love to hate and hate to love. Not much choice of whiskies but has a jukebox, friendly staff, beer garden and cold beverages.

Friendly staff, the people who host the open mic nights Ben and Tixie and the actual music hall which i think is perfect for professional gigs and its a star down by not having that. the structure of the building is good, the drinks were decent

Was supposed to be my friend’s first gig venue; despite having initially told her that it was fine for her to play being 17, they turned her away at the door. Bad management, worse decor, and unpleasant staff.

Got treated very badly. Was supposed to be the first gig of my life and was very humiliated especially with all the people that came to watch. I clearly told them I was 17 and figured it closes for me at 9. Was very very upsetting and last minute and I still don’t understand why they couldn’t fit me in for my 10 minutes. Horrific night

Friendly staff. Bar is clean and covid safe. Strange mix of customers from very young to very old. Kinds added to the experience.

Went there for a free comedy show the other day and had a great time!! The pub is cozy with a friendly atmosphere. There's a spacious inside as well as a nice outside area for those who wanna enjoy the good weather. The staff were very nice and the comedians gave us some good laughs. Prices are average, I'd say, definitely not overly expensive. Would absolutely recommend this place!! 👍

Popped in on a visit to Sandown Park and made it our home for the weekend. Great service, friendly atmosphere, accommodating bar staff. Look forward to returning next year.
