Nice pub. Good service. Good for families as well.

The food is very nice, however the service is EXTREMELY slow!! We came in as a work group and had sent our orders in advance. Two of our colleagues ordered when we arrived as well. The food trickled out in the span of over an hour! The two who ordered at the bar at 1pm did not receive their food until 2pmish, when most other people had finished. We were all very unimpressed with this slow service - if they are understaffed they need to hire more people. Every time we have come to the glasshouse the food has taken forever (have come see real times). If you’re coming as a group of more than 3 people be prepared to wait and not eat at the same time.

Great pub in New Malden with awesome food and warm atmosphere. Garden in the back is huge and has cover for raining days with heaters. Highly recommended 👌

I had a trial to work in the kitchen as a assistantI could only cope with 2 hours out of 5I’m very disappointedNot very politeDidn’t even get told where everything had to go until half a hour inNot even a please or thank you in siteHygiene isn’t very good before I started washing and loading the Machine I had to take it upon my self to look and find were to put plates and cups and I must say the plates where filthy stains marks on them grease on the traysOvens and stoves where on fall heat and left unattendedI wouldn’t recommend eating hereStaff smoking a vape in the kitchen isn’t very good either

Im giving this place 5 star even though the food we ordered we wasn't able to have due to a power cut cos of the work that was going on over the road from the place. They are extremely nice and friendly and would still recommend this place. Im sure the food would of been nice but just wasn't our luck yesterday.

Excellent venue for a wake or party. Parking is available at the rear - best to ask about access in advance as the station car park is very limited.

Interior is ok, almost a bit student bar esque at times could do with some more character.Pints are too expensive, was almost 6 quid for a Guinness which is unacceptable.

A good beer selection, good starters. Haddock and chips were solid for the price. Wife had vegetation parcel which was nice but the veg were undercooked (potatoes, cabbage) or overcooked (beans, Yorkshire pudding). The pork belly had a solid gravy, potatoes were on point but everything else was overcooked. Most disappointing thing was the pork belly, 2x rings of meat that were less than 1cm thick. They could not have weighedEeah more than 50-70grams in total. To pay £15 for less than 100g of protein is pretty poor. Provided feedback to manager and waiter, whilst they accepted the feedback and said they would pass to the chef and that was it. Really poor. I would completely avoid. Last time we visit. Not great value unfortunately for roast dinners, recommendations is to really stay away. Sad as it has a lovely location and outdoor bit

Newly reopened after refurb. Nice covered outdoor area at back. Service wasn’t quite as good as I’d hoped in recent visit and most expensive pub in the area (though wait until the oak reopens!)
