The Plough Harvester in Kingston upon Thames

Amazing! Couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. The portions are big and the food is delicious. The staff are kind and so accommodating to all my annoying requests. They go above and beyond what you'd expect them to. Thanks again to a restaurant I order from very frequently.

Long wait for serviceWaiter took my glass of wine away with wine still in the glass! A big no.no.for me!Waited ages for mustard.Ordered floater coffees and got filters! When we eventually got the right coffees they were cold with no sugar stirred inNot enough staff for the 50% off mains offer!

The manager went out of his way to find a suitable table for us quickly and efficiently. The waitress, Dee, was friendly, helpful and efficient. We will definitely return.

I can honestly say i don't think you could improve on anything. The food was perfect and the waitres's were perfect to. Extremely friendly and always smiling. Really helped to make my mothers 86 birthday a special day for her. Thank you.

Good price but a large area of my steak was fat and my wife's dinner should have had a sweetcorn with it but they did not have them nor did they give my wife a second choice, when I pointed both of these out to a waitress no reply!Very poorAlso why are we still not allowed to help ourselves with the salad bowl?

Best harvester ever don't really go anywhere else other than this one. Always have the same waitresses. Always a pleasure to see them both Tracey & Eve great laughs excellent service and great hospitality. They both work extremely hard. You are absolutely amazing for all the hard work and serving as to. Very appreciated indeed. Thanks again Tracey & Eve for a great service as always. Look forward to seeing you again soon. Take care kind regards Lynn....Xx

Good pub grub with nice vegetarian and vegan options. Salad bar is now served by your waiter post Covid but bowls were filled high and everything tasted fresh.Service was quick and friendly.Would definitely return.

Long wait at the doors and after waiting 10 minutes without being seen then we have been informed we can't even sit down. We been passed by and just blanked by 3 staff members without even a hello from their side. They focused more on deliveroo drivers than guests that eat inside the restaurant. Wouldn't recommend it as the staff seems not trained and has a lack of passion for the customers.

Food okay, service bad- rude and racist waitress. Only smiling and helping some people..

Amazing food, very tasty and good portions. Friendly staff. Nice to go somewhere and waiting staff are friendly with smiles and not acting like they don't want to be there. Will definitely go again.
