As a pib, it wasn't very inspiring. (I understand there is shortly going to be a new Landlord?). As an Open Mic venue, it's great. We need more of these in the area...preferably on the other side of the river!

i visited this bar on Saturday night , such a lovely bar but sadly this goes unnoticed due to one of the most ignorant, bad attitude and poor hygiene of the overly obese bar man.He was completely rude and politeness was definitely not in this guys character.the other lovely bar man was so embarrassed at the behaviour.if he could ring the bell any louder behind the bar, I would probably here it while taking underground the

great open mic, the vibe was lovely, reasonably priced. i haven't tried the food hence why i haven't given it 5 stars if it was good but from what i'm told its delicious. will come back again soon

A quiet homely pub with good indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly and accommodating staff. Seems to be popular with the locals. The Thai food looked good.
