Ordered a £40 meat slider sharer, which essentially was 4 mini cheese burgers and 4 katsu curry chicken burgers.Service was pretty poor. Plater arrived with no napkins, no plates, no sauces, no cutlery, had to stop them and ask for some sauces for the side of fries before they ran away. The mini cheese burgers were really tasty, although my partner found her burgers a little pink in the middle. The chicken katsu burgers were absolutely awful!!!! Incredibly plain, no flavour at all. Wouldn’t do again!Only give a 3 star as the cheeseburgers were actually pretty tasty, but honestly, that saved the review!

Lovely 😊 diner on Saturday night! Turkey, ham leek pie 🥧 with vegetables. Fresh IPA 🍺 and nice service from all the staff! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We held our Mum’s wake in the Victoria and can only say how amazing the staff were, so kind and polite with the willingness to help, we had the meat buffet menu and it exceeded all our expectations.. would highly recommend this venue for any kind of event.. we will see you again even for just the incredible Scotch Eggs.. can I have the recipe please!! 😃

Lovely pub. Staff friendly. Food is very good and reasonable price. Good out door area. And they make fantastic cocktails

Came here last week with 3 friends and it was such a shame the staff were rude towards the end as we were having such a nice time enjoying lovely wine. The staff came out to inform us that they were closing in 5 mins as they were shutting early. Within the next 5 minutes we were told twice more to leave even though we were all of a sudden trying to finish our glasses. Instead of cleaning the rest of the tables whilst waiting for us to drink up, they rudely insisted that we leave. 5 minutes is not a long enough warning if you want the customers to suddenly leave. Won't be coming back

Nice pub. One star review due to the extreme greed displayed by their hilarious price hike. £6.30 for a Camden Hells. £6.35 for a Neck Oil. This is when the pub literally on the opposite side of the road charges £5.45 for a Hells. This pricing would be extreme even for central London standards. Out of principal I will not be returning until they decide to come back down to reality with their pricingUpdate: Response below noted. Cheers for getting back to me. I would absolutely love to come back and I will do if you can confirm that your price review will result in these beers returning to non-Leicester Square tier price range sometime soon. My review will most certainly change as a result

I mean it's a lovely pub and it's pricey but usual London prices are as to be expected, just the food... The chickens wings are anorexic, taste amazing but you can tell Young's are not using 'quality' meat produce. I don't know how old the chicken was when it was killed but it was either a dwarf or an infant mega minus points on the produce. Probably not a pub thing just a Young's thing.

£16.50 for a burger is a bit expensive in zone 6 i guess it is not central London…also to give a tiny bit of ketchup and mayo to share for two is interesting 🤨 You can’t choose your fries only skinny available. Had a better burger before but it’s okay. The pub is nice and the atmosphere is good otherwise.

Lovely burgers and children's sausage & chips. Very mindful and supportive of one our group's food intolerance. Great service, varied menu - would certainly visit again - no photos, we ate it all!

I want to start by saying I am a massive bourbon lover and whenever I can I always drink Old Fashioneds.I normally never order whisky cocktails from pubs as the staff are quite ignorant on mixology or even knowledge about whisky. BUT THIS WASN’T THE CASE WHEN BEN WAS WORKING.Let me start from the beginning:Went with the girlfriend for a date in Guildford and afterwards we wanted to have a quick drink in Surbiton before we were to have dinner at home.I was worried that being a Saturday evening, the service was going to be slow and poor.We saw that the pub was quite full but nevertheless we ventured inside.Upon being greeted by Ben, he managed to accommodate us in a nice cosy warm place outside in the garden by the fire pit.My girlfriend knows how picky I am about drinking cocktails in pubs so she headed to the bar to inquire if anybody knew how to make Old Fashioneds. Immediately Ben told her that not only he knew how to make them, but also he know how to customise them to my taste. What else can I say more? Drinks delivered on time, speedy and confident service along with a great cocktail! I decided that I had such a good time that I smoked my nice cigar at The Victoria rather than usually after dinner in my cosy house. The ambient was lovely and lively and I thank Ben for making it a very nice evening for both me and my girlfriend!
