Very good place. Nice sandwiches, nice girls.Don’t really understand other reviews, because the girls are always lovely, and helpful.I saw sometime there, how people talking with them, and how rude they are with girls.Some people think they are the middle of the world.So sad.I’m the regular customer for years. One of the best experience and favourite place in Surbiton!

Incredibly rude and unhelpful. They make good sandwiches but customer service is awful. Always an attitude given and an unpleasant experience all round. The way I was treated just now utterly disrespectful and a shame I won't be taking my custom there anymore I'm afraid because the people skills are just shocking. I agree with the person who left a review named Menhart it is obviously an issue, I understand people have bad days but. . .

Very bad customer service.Staff looked at me like I'm an alien as had a special order (coffee with cold milk).Then chatted between each other, in their own language that I find quite rude.BTW I'm from the same country so understood everything... Yes.. They were talking about me🙄

Best go to place for takeaway lunch, the rolls are custom made and it's really delicious.. the jacket potatoes is really good

Best Sandwiches in Surbiton, top lunch destination for grabbing a quick bite. Recommend the Chicken Supreme filling (Chicken, Bacon, Spring onion, Mayo mix) and the Egg Mayo Bap. Always high quality and tasty. Been going for years and yet to be disappointed also good value for money.

Very nice and reasonably priced coffee, and you can get a roll made up exactly as you like. Go there every day pretty much.

I certainly here at 7.45am today. The two girls serving me looked very tired and didn't want to serve me. I don't even think either one of them smiled once. I ordered a brie sandwich which tasted nice. It cost £2.75 which is expected for London.

Fantastic local deli. Great selection of sandwiches or mixed salads made to order. Come winter times they offer jacket potatoes. Coffee served all day. I believe they even do breakfast baps. Very reasonably priced considering the quantities

Been going for a while as you can park by station. Coffee. Toast. And french stick £7.30 not sure if mistake but seems extremely expensive. Asked for cheese and ham salad NO CHEESE gave £20 got change for £10 ...think ill start using someone else

A sweet location and lovely service in this welcome alternative to pre-packaged sandwich hell.Located right outside Surbiton station, this cosy and light sandwich shop will make just about sandwich for you from just about any kind of bread you can think of! Don't fancy a sandwich? They've got potatoes, salads and much more besides.The spelling and grammar mistakes on their signs always make me chuckle slightly when I visit or pass, but I'm very glad Wilders exists; a wonderful place to take a few minutes and use it's great vantage point to watch all of Surbiton life pass by.
