love the rebrand, and the new ordering system. the tempura katsu curry bowl was delicious, the prawn was very good. the teriyaki chicken was also good. however, the rice in the sushi was not very good and was very mushy and dry. overall, would still come again, just would not order the sushi.

Always a great experience here. They needed to make it clearer that there was a blue monday deal as I was only aware of it due to previously seeing it online. The other tables seemed to have a different menu but we didn't.Edit: my previous review was from years ago and no longer stands.Current review May 2022:Food has gone downhill , even since my last visit last month. Instead of the beautifully seasoned fries as shown in one of my pictures, we got what tasted like mcdonalds fries with big globs of sriracha mayo in places, the second picture of the fries. The ones underneath has nothing at all. They've changed the dynamite rolls, they no longer had the flavour they had before. The "firecracker" rice and the katsu curry had no spice whatsoever. The katsu chicken rolls had half the amount of chicken than before. We were looking forward to coming back because they had reintroduced the hoisin duck rolls that had been discontinued due to covid. These used to be small rolls full of flavour. They have been replaced with large, dry rolls without any flavour.Overall a really disappointing experience, looks like Yo sushi are trying to cut cost but have lost all of the flavour.

The only thing that beats the stunning service we enjoyed at Yo! Sushi Kingston was the food. We were late arriving but at no point did we feel under pressure to leave. Blaine deserves a special mention as does my Katsu dish! Brilliant.

I am a big fan of Yo Sushi & I go there quite often too - the food is always exceptional and the staff are as amazing! I always get on with them and we have a great laugh! Would definitely recommend this place to ANYONE

Delicious food but their prices mainly for the sushi have gone sky rocket. Used to be £2-4 per plate when picking them off the conveyor. Now you have to order them on the scanned QR code for what you want and they arrive where you sit on the belt. Salmon Ponzu was £6 per plate, Nigiri is £5 per plate..

The kids used to love this place, but after the changes where you order the food and it comes down on the belt, they didn't enjoy it as much. The ordering process is a little complicated and must be done online. The food came out in dribs and drabs, hot plates started becoming cold, because they had run out of rice! The portions are silly now, so for example the kids meal costs £6.50 and they get exactly the same size Katsu curry, with a starter and a drink. The adult Katsu curry same size as the kids meal costs £6.70Won't be going here again, the whole purpose was for us to see sushi go past us and for us to pick and choose.

Can't go wrong with sushi.1 of my favourite. If you love raw fish, try the platter it looks small but fills you up.

First visit post covid to Yo Sushi! Now no longer seeing plates randomly fly across the place, but I liked the plates being sent to your table automatically still, along with the drinks, and the automatic lights make it so easy to know what's yours and what's not yours! Food was nice as usual from Yo!

When you feel blue then eat blue at yo sushi.Every Monday all plates off the belt are 3£ which is still not cheap but cheaper than normal.Sushi rolls are nice but fairly small potions.Missed 1 star because no tuna dishes on the blue Monday menu!
