Zizzi - Kingston in Kingston upon Thames

Good food if you are ok with the wait.. they were also out of things in the menu at 5pm in the evening.. they also said full reservation don't know how they will manage...

I've been wondering about Zizzi for long time. We booked our table on mother's day 6 people. Firstly our waiter started to do little mistakes and mess about our orders. Secondly half of the menu they've run out which is I can understand on busy days but we disappointed because waiter didn't mention us when we order it. We waited long time a few our missing foods, when we asked the waiter,he said they don't have that:) even he didn't seem sorry. The ladies 1 of them completely broken and unavailable, food taste unfortunately not satisfied as Italian restaurant.They should work much more on organisation,cleaning and good customer service!

I have been lunching at Zizzi on and off for some 4 years and was a little disappointed by the calamari starter on my last visit. Hopefully this is just a one-off glitch. I was quite happy with the main and dessert.

Food was really good. Too long since we were there. Portions very big and staff really friendly.

We came in at 9pm, they advertise that they close at 10pm... When we get in the waitress starts checking her watch and talks to the other staff and then comes over to tell us their kitchen closed at 8:45. If that's a procedure I don't see why she would need to check with the rest of the staff first. Regardless if you advertise you close @10pm you don't close the kitchen 1 hour and 15 minutes before.... Clearly they were just not bothered to work. Very unprofessional, wasted my time and parking money.

I had the lasagne which was very hot but delicious...we wanted Balsamic but they didn't have any...we watched the guy run over to Wildwood restaurant (that was closed) but manged to get some from them. My only criticism was they took ages to tell us they didn't have any. If they'd explained it would have been better 🤷

So much tasty items on the menu is was really hard to pick what to eat. The food we ended up getting was all too nice and wish I was hungrier and would have ordered something else. Unfortunately I'll have to wait till the next time I enter one of their chain restaurants.It has a very nice rustic and Italian aesthetic there which was just nice to look at.

The best Beef Lasagna in town with the most delicious Bechamel cream in top I have ever tried! The Pizza is thin and crispy, the pizzas are always cheesy and I was never disappointed with the toppings as there was always plenty! The desserts were so yummy, hot chocolate pudding with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a salted caramel sundae!The vine was also nice, a good selection is available on the menu, if you ever have doubts on which one to have the staff member will make you taste the different vines and let you choose!The restaurant is decorated uniquely and the atmosphere is very welcoming!

Nice place , especially if you visit with kidsPizzas , salads and pastaAtmosphere is very nice and the staff was ok. The waiter had a small issue of understanding what we were asking but was willing to try.Kids combosAnd a nice add is that they have skinny pizzas with less than 600cal.

Very nice location. The window seats are good with nice views and not to much direct sunlight in the late afternoon. The mocktails are a bit lackluster, however they are well presented. The atmosphere was nice with mixed customers and quite family friendly. The starters came out in good time. The garlic bread with cheese was very nice and a good portion. Pizza 🍕 came with a bit of burn around the edges but nothing more than you would expect from a wood fired oven. Make sure you have your Taste Card ready for amazing 2 for 1 offers on starters mains and desserts. Overall very pleasant experience
