Poor customer service. Lies about the website not being their website, despite the fact that on Google it asked you to go to their website and it has their name and orders direct to the shop and gives their number to contact, very deceptive (see photos).Delays in delivery (see photos), I'd rather they cancelled the order when I called to query why it would take 4 hours to deliver, instead they told me they'd deliver in 20 mins if I gave a good review! Over an hour for food to arrive (after I had to chase them), food was decent enough - except the buttered roll which was a cheep burger bun!!!! But when ordering online it wasn't clear and I thought I'd ordered 2 chips but only one was delivered, and when I queried this it was apparently my fault for ordering through the website that wasn't theirs!?!? Customer service and delivery was exceptionally lacking, boardering on insulting and considering there are other decent local fish and chip shops I'll be ordering elsewhere in future.

We were visiting the area from West London and came here for the second time. they have the best fish and chips and everything is 100% halal. The customer service was excellent too.

I thought the food was excellent. The curry chips in a tray were perfect, and garlic bread perfect and rock salmon were fantastic!

Beyond bad. Chips and gravy: soggy with microwaved bisto gravy. Yum! How hard can it be? Quickly takes your cash, but slowly takes his time to give you food that should take literally 1 minute. So 10 minutes later and a few texts and call to his mate or delivery driver and you finally get your food.Nope, skip it.

visited this chip shop 22/10/21 and both the shop and the staff were filthy. the staff were talking, coughing and spluttering. I left without purchasing anything as first impression of this place was that it was off-putting.I miss the previous owner! He and his family took pride in providing delicious food in a clean establishment.

Chips are great, crispy an salty, however the fish, sadly is definitely not fresh, but frozen 😢

This chip shop is what the local community is all about, they are super friendly, helpful, always happy go lucky and there's a lot of variety on their menu. I have to be honest and say that this chip shop is one of only two chip shops in London that make 'Potato Fritters' aka Scollops in my home town Coventry. A classic Warwickshire and midlands delicacy of a slice/slab of potato dipped in fish batter and then deep fried for 10 minutes... OMG, Kaz & Jame's 'Potato Fritters are to die for and you get FIVE for only £2.00, your kids would love them! The chips are Fabtastic too, but I can't hold back from visiting at least once a week for their 'Potato Fritters' and mushy peas... it must be the Northerner in me.My only regret is that they aren't open until 4.30pm due originally to the major pipe laying that took place in the High St, but now possibly because of Covid 19. Cheer Kaz... and keep that smile, it's a ray of sunshine in gloomy, uncertain times. Carl
