Ambience Express 2 in Lambeth

We enjoyed the Mediterranean food served in this restaurant. The naan is made in the kiln and it was good. There’s a variety of dishes to choose from and good appetizers. The dessert was on the house. The price is reasonable. 👍

Visited this restaurant last night and I must say I highly recommend Ambience for anyone looking for a lovely dinner out. 1) The food was sensational and a very fair price.2) The portions were great.3) The atmosphere inside the restaurant is lovely (really good music too).Also, our waiter Steve was one of the nicest people I've ever come across. He was very friendly, bubbly and delivered an exceptional level of service to both us and nearby tables. He is an asset to the restaurant! Thanks again for our lovely dinner!

Ordered on uber eats. Food took 1.5 hours to arrive. Delivery guy was nice and friendly. But we expected the food to come a bit faster. Everything was cold by the time it arrived. For 50 pounds worth of food, we had to microwave it after. Not very good. Crab claws had no crab meat in them. It was mostly stuffing of bread. Couldn't taste the crab anywhere. Was excited to try Turkish food for the first time. But was left feeling disappointed.

Took 1hour 45 minutes, for food to arrive. Restaurant wasn’t helpful at all, started not picking up the phone and lying about timings. Driver could not comprehend using a Satnav and so delivered the food ridiculously late. Food boxes went soggy and food spilled because it had been in there for so long. Food was nice but you need to sort out your customer service and delivery drivers because it’s a shambles.

Very good Turkish food with a varied selection of dishes. Friendly service and the staff made sure everything was good. Needed to remind the wait staff a couple of times for some small requests.

Food was absolutely gorgeous! The lamb shish was so tender and juicy. The mezze starter platter was delicious. The service was great too. What a gem!

1 serving staff on, on a Saturday night. Constantly having to ask for things like the menus to order and items that came with meals.A group order and people were waiting for their food while others had finished.The food was lovely and filling... I would order takeaway maybe but wouldn't eat in again... poor service and told we had underpaid. Then had to argue the bill at the end which showed we had overpaid.

Not recommended for delivery. Food delivery were an hour late, when we managed to reach the restaurant, ETA was provided inaccurately. As the result we ended up hungry, requested a refund, will never order again

The food is amazing! The service is exceptional (especially our waiter Steve- he's so friendly and accommodating). The price and quality is fantastic! The restaurant is clean, in a good location with parking available on the surrounding roads.Whether eating in or taking out you can count on AMBIENCE for fresh food served with a smile. AMBIENCE is one of my favourite local family restaurants. The amazing food and staff made my mothers birthday and daughters baptism reception an extra special experience!

Great food, have ordered at least 5 times from there, luv their dips, and so thankful they give big portions of all food, really taste and great customer service. A little expensive, but still great turkish food.
