Aquum in Lambeth

Great place to go. Went to the sip and paint event on 02.04.22 for my sisters hen night. Was fantastic fun arranged by body art events. The organiser Angela was very helpful.

Absolutely amazing experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday. Thank you guys. The food was amazing and the drinks were lovely. The service was also great and the server (I believe she was called Molly) was amazing even though there was a large group of us. I will definitely go back and recommend this place. All my guests had a lovely time. Thanks again

Visited yesterday for my cousins birthday and was very impressed. Very upscale, the decor, the lighting and the table were all so beautiful. The food and the drinks were absolutely delicious I woke up still thinking about it. Our server was a sweetheart. My cousin was told her name is Molly (I hope that's correct) but she was wonderful, and also the friendly blonde who cleared our table, apologies I didnt catch her name. Also the magician who blew my mind was absolutely amazing. Cant fault the place at all. The service was A1 we will definitely visit again soon.

Went for a bottomless brunch, Amazing cocktails and music but not much choice on the menu. Ended up with Eggs Benedict and food came out barely warm.. Loved the venue and great atmosphere!

Went to Aquum for spontaneous drinks and shisha with my husband. Staff were very accommodating and very polite. We were seated on the roof terrace which is a lovely cosy space with heating and ample seating. Would highly recommend the tropical ice tea which is delicious! Music is an absolute vibe; would highly recommend visiting.

I don’t even know where to start, I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad service. We went for dinner and drinks and had a reservation for 8:30pm we decided we’d sit upstairs on the terrace and our order was taken just before 9 everyone who was then seated after us got their drinks AND food and we still received nothing till about 9:55pm when the lady who took our order asked me if we still hadnt received our drinks, she then bought out our drinks to then find a long strand of hair deep in my cocktail 😤 we then asked for it to be changed, they bought out our meals at around almost 11pm, the food was cold and we had no cutlery ( for steak and lamb shank ) they left the terrace with no staff and about 10 minutes later we found someone to ask for cutlery, the lady serving us said she’d take the service charge off but instead we received a bill with the service charge, we asked for it to be removed and for a new bill to then find that the bill was incorrect again ( double charge ). We then went inside to the the other rooms and the vibes were okay, probably just a better place to go for drinks and music I wouldn’t recommend for food cos the service was atrocious, I don’t know how so many things can possibly go wrong for one customer but hey maybe it was just our unlucky day

I’ve been to this club several times but the last two times me and my female friends have been intimidated by the short black guy at the door. He’s very, very unprofessional, aggressive, rude and disrespectful. He leaches on to women and if they don’t reciprocate he turns nasty. We left early the last time we went and we won’t be returning. Don’t bother complaining to management either it’s dismissed.

As usual such a good night. Love the vibes the music and just such a good place to go. Can’t fault it thank you again for another good night. New food menu also is really good the chicken kebab is unreal

Lovely experience on the rooftop for a small meal and cocktails! Unfortunately they don’t have happy hour anymore but the food itself was delicious - we ordered the crispy calamari, the souvlaki and some oven baked sweet potato wedges. Service was also friendly and attentive.

Brilliant Customer Service and excellent food. Small weekday menu cooked to a high quality (the sweet potato wedges are divine!). Only 4 stars because they rushed to get us to pay, hardly giving us the chance to look through the Bill.
