Great atmosphere, excellent food and great service. We had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and gave us good tips on the menu. The food was based on french recipes and the mussels were excellent. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Great price.

Food here was good, wine very nice and we came during the 50% offer. However, there was some pretty poor customer service. We had our dinner and left around 9pm. Later that night, I realised I had dropped my hat on the floor around our table. I rang first thing the next morning when the restaurant reopened, to which the lady said 'there's nothing here behind the bar'. I asked her to please check by our table (given it's quite a small object and perhaps nobody else used the table after us) but she refused and said it would have been handed in.Since it was a not too cheap gift and I live nearby, and I was certain I had dropped it there, I decided to go check myself. 30 mins later I walk in and find it exactly where I was sitting on the floor. Additionally, the restaurant was completely empty, so the lady wasn't even remotely busy, just couldn't be bothered to go and check for me. She didn't even notice me enter the restaurant and go upstairs.Customer service goes a long way and tiny requests like this would be useful to do. I would be far more inclined to return had the lady on the phone found my hat rather than leaving me unnecessarily stressed out.

Had a wonderful birthday lunch for my son here last Sunday. Eva, the manager, could not have been more helpful from replying to my email in advance to sending a staff member out to buy candles for his cake. So friendly, warm and helpful. Food wise, the salmon was delicious. Prices reasonable with 50% off so an added bonus! Would be 5 star but some of the food not cooked too well - shame as cannot fault the service and decor.

We ordered a shared plattter of salami " Assiette De Charcuterie" for £17 and it came with cheapest salami you can ever find and cold bread. The best thing in the plate was the butter!

·

Nice venue although quite a lot of just 18s in there which is OK but they weren't respectful of bashing into you. Not the venue's fault. Clean loos, big venue, convenient location, lots of seating and nice staff...just depends what crowd you want

burger was passable (taste-wise, not in the colonic sense. I only ate last night, so ask if you want details). Fries were like Macdonalds (can you even say that these days without offending someone). Upstairs was baking hot. Having said that. I will probably go back. Maybe they could just offer the burger on its own and I would have given 4 stars.

Came here during Fork discount offer where they do 50% off on all food order. The presentation of French food was good. However, taste wise, the escargot was over cooked and could not really taste well the flavour. Although the tuna tartare saves it a bit. The grilled prawn wasn’t the best taste. Steak was cooked alright and mussels in white wine sauce was great taste. Dessert chocolate fudge was yummy to taste. Overall, it is nice place to come with good food.

Friendly staff, good service, and good food (mostly). Beef bourguignon was tasty and tender. Moules were fresh and tasty. However, the escargots and fries seemed to be over-cooked. The escargots shrunk and quite tough.

Kind of like a pub but we came for Sunday lunch and it was fab. Staff friendly. Muscles brilliant and well priced. Will Be back. Quiet on Sundays, surprising for such nice food in the centre l.
