Rude, unpleasant, patronising and disorganised. Not a great combination when all you want is a coffee. Can I award less than one star?

This one is a bit of a shame- nice location and some nice cakes, coffee not bad either. But as a local who uses this station more often than not the place is closed when it says open. Or they are closing early and you can’t sit down and you feel bad for ordering a drink because there is a mop bucket out and chairs are on tables - working in this industry I always was taught never to do this until the place is closed. So I’ve avoided going here as it’s a bit unreliable - I’m sure this can be changed with better organisation

Superb! Friendly staff, great service, fantastic hot chocolate and butties. Highly recommended.

The staff are super friendly and coffee is lovely but the store is often closed despite the given opening hours. I use this shop when I'm getting the train and get there only to find its not open. Especially on a Sunday and early mornings.

Spectacular "bart" bacon avocado bun and coffee made welcome relief from strenuous stroll around adjacent crystal palace park.

Lovely cafe!! Had the halloumi and egg butty and couldn’t fault it. Served by Anthony and Kate who were very welcoming and friendly, 5 stars would come again

Current pandemic restrictions meant that sitting inside is not possible, but fortunately there are tables and benches outside, next to a wall with a mural of dinosaurs on a train!Instead of ’BLT’, the menu had ‘BRAT’ (!) for Bacon, Rocket, Avo(cado) and Tomato. I had a sausage and egg roll with the rocket and tomato, so perhaps the acronym for that should be ’BERT’ (Bangers, Egg, Rocket and Tomato)?Anyway, friendly staff. Lovely grub. In the Crystal Palace railway station building, on the edge of the park.

Great little cafe. Their butties and toasties are delicious. Less busy now that the Crystal Palace Cafe has opened in the park, particularly if you don’t go at yummy-mummy o’clock. It does not have a toilet but if you are a customer you can use the one in the station. All in all, nice lovely spot and not your typical station cafe.

This is a lovely cafe in a great setting. A good range of breakfasts, butties and toasties. The coffees have been downsized which makes large options (which isn’t actually large) quite expensive for the size, they also used to do amazing scotch eggs but they seem to have been discontinued!! Other than these small points it’s perfect.

Went to their stall inside Crystal Palace Park today. Overpriced and major lack of quality. A small cappuccino, babychino, dry cold croissant and a kids biscuit just shy of £10. Coffee tasted purely like burned milk, croissant was dry and chewy and the kids biscuit had zero taste to it. I don’t have an issue paying for quality but this was garbage. If you like good coffee, avoid this place.
