Customer service is great. They do a great job . My advice is to repair that always opened front doors and toilets for customers using only, as passing by people use it all the time - what I observed lately while having a nice coffee and a cake . So how can it be clean and nice for a longer period of time when people treat it as a public toilet, may I ask ? Use a code system and the problem is solved.

Pleasant staff good coffee nice bacon butties would have been 5 stars but for the toilets which were distinctly grubby

Seen some bad reviews, thankfully my first experience at this location was good.I was unable to sit at the lower deck of shop as it was off limits. However they were prepering to close within the hour. The staff were lovely and even gave some free cakes out!

Fast and friendly service, really good coffee and a nice variety of food/snacks. Always worth it!

Very poor. Complete lack of urgency shown by staff even though there was a queue.Unfriendly too.I would highly recommend going to their competitors- lots of coffee shops nearby

A smaller than usual outlet, but perfectly formed branch, inside at least. Very much inline with the familiar corporate look and feel - lovely. The on duty barista, as expected, was very polite although seemingly appeared as if a long over due for a break. Unfortunately it seems that use of the Cafe Nero plastic cup is not known to receive two stamps of the loyalty coffee bean in this particular on street branch. Even so, the coffee itself is the best of the main retailers and appears with all the usual flair of the machine competent operator

This branch of Cafe Nero is a bit of a disappointment. Its small, but its layout is chaotic. The big disappointment is the courtyard at the back. What has the ability to be a cool attractive space has been transfirmed into something that looks like a surgery waiting room, cira 1960. Beneath a grubby awning, the ranked ancient armchairs compete for space with miscellaneous bins and cleaning gear, whilst the small nod to plantings wither from neglect. Given its prime location, it seems a terrible waste.

I ordered 2 frappes. One with white chocolate and raspberry and other one I think chocolate and hazelnut. It was very far from the picture.just everything mix together so one was all pink and other one just brown. No whipped cream nothing. I just left disappointed and I never come back. I will go to the Starbucks or another coffee instead. Where I will get what I pay for.

Visited on Sunday late afternoon. The place is disgusting. It looks like nobody cares about cleaning and tidying up the place. I first went to the back outside area where I found ashtrays full of cigarette tubs on the tables. Then i checked the ground floor - see pictures. Dirty floor, dirty tables, nobody is cleaning up after customers finish so tables are just full of dirty cups, spoons etc. Same conditions in the basement. There are two people working behind the counter and they’re not busy serving people, but they seem oblivious to the mess. Horrible place.

A wet cappuccino is a latte according to a very rude member of staff that argued with me on how I want my coffee, and said I should take her company t shirt if I know better. After I explained the difference between a cappuccino and latte she replied if I don't like the coffee get a refund or just leave , overall very bad customer service. Some training for the staff would be a great benefit. As a high volume of customers, quality is lost with each individual.
