Chicken Cottage in Lambeth

After previous review, popped back in, received a warm smiling welcome, efficient service and without any question, my missing chicken was replaced, with an apology.Now very happy and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Lovely, helpful manager. Highly satisfied with customer service. Ordered 5 wings x 2, and the 5 strip meal. Loved the chicken strips in particular. No issues overall. Will definitely be coming back ◡̈ Have a lovely week ahead.

Disgusting. I ordered a filet burger and it had a hair in it. I also ordered 5 hot wings and the wings were just skin, inside meat had purple and red veins. They weren't even battered properly. Chips cold. And the mountain burger my friend got made them sick and was missing half the ingredients to make it a mountain burger.

Bad service I called order food was told 30min call them back 25min later they said will be ready in 8min walked in am getting told sorry we forgot your order wait for it to be made now. They only care about online orders greedy attitude.

Best food and excellent staff. The best thing about this place is not only food but people work there. Very welcoming and always give you smily gestures. Make you feel very homely. Thanks.

Grill chicken is so good in taste and reasonable in price as well . Every time i visit them staff give us the best service especially the lady in hijaab :)

I gave four stars because the staffs on day time are not polite enough. Their thick chips are always best.

This was my second visit first was nice service and fresh chicken and fries but second time I didn’t expect it chicken and fries were refry I asked from costumer service why it is so oily he said it is refry . I will not try again

Great chicken. Simple and effective. Food price is normal, place looks clean and looked after. Staff is proffesional. Also service is really quick and staff make sure you aren't waiting for long. Overall just an above average chicken shop, if you like chicken, come and you won't be let down 🙌🔥
