Chicken Cottage in Lambeth

I’m a 10min walk to this location and I have no complaints. The spicy mountain burger is my favorite and it always tastes great everytime I order it. Perfect for late night munchies!

Just your typical street food grill with some additional cost. The cooks do not wear mask, nor the one jn the counter.I feel that they have not heard of the coronavirus yet. One time, a man saw one of the cook sneezed without a facemask and just picked up the man's order without gloves or tongs, I thought they will fight upon being told off. The staff just ignored the male customer and carried on.

Food was good, they didn't seem to understand their own menu though... Was surprisingly difficulty to explain what we wanted even though we were simply reading it from the menu and pointing to it.

Server tried to overcharge me for my meal. Halfway through my order, left to deal with a delivery, so my food was sitting their cold! Very rude and unprofessional. Will stick to Morleys

Mediocre chicken shop, OK food, I've had better and much worse. Reasonably priced decent portions. Friendly staff. You will not be disappointed but you won't be wowed.

Very bad staff there is a one till member he was very rude guy and he always be in hurry and I ordered Chicken wings so there it was half fry and half row . they doesn't follow the orders specification,upon that he serve the food in vary rude manner.i face this treatment three times and the third was my last visit this branch.

The food is edible to an extent but the hygiene is horrifying and it is dirty inside. I sat on a chair inside and it broke and I'm a marga (skinny) yute so I don't understand how it could collapse but when it did I got verbally harassed by a freshy behind the counter claiming he was gonna sue me for damage 🤣🤣🤣

Worst place I have ever visit in my life worst customer service very irrespective...he throws the salt in the tray chicken fillet was cold in the burger.. never visit again

Not too impressed.. the chips were cold and the mountain burger was dry, no sauce, even though I wanted spicy. I think there are better options next time i fancy fried chicken!

Very poor only 3 chicken peaces and one (1) diet cook for £7
