Creams in Lambeth

Me and friends ordered a few items off the menu which arrived at our table quite fast. However, one of my friends was served the wrong dessert. We asked if we could switchit for the correct one she ordered. The manager agreed and said it may take a few minutes, but she’d receive what she asked for. We waited 20 minutes to find our friend still hadn’t been served and manager had forgotten to place the order. Mind you, it was her birthday of all things, and she was hungry and upset. Even after addressing the issue again, 20 minutes after waiting, he gave her the wrong dessert to take out. We left very upset and annoyed for our friend who simply deserved better service.

Came in yesterday to get a desert, first off they just assumed we were with 2 other people that were asking to use the toilet, then I asked to be seated, the waiter took us to 2 tables that had previous customers food on it, while clearing the stuff away splattered my girlfriends jacket with ice-cream, then the manager came over and proceeded to blame us for not waiting at the door to be seated, even though we were just escorted to the table, which made me pretty angry, so we left to then do a quick search on Google to find a Kaspas just up the road, that was amazingly attentive and run by a lovely family, if you want tasty deserts and good customer service go to Kaspa's and avoid Creams.

First (and last time) I've been to a Creams. I read that they have cheesecakes from the Cheesecake factory and as I am too poor to travel to America to get my fix I thought I'd try Creams. Well to be honest, it probably would've been cheaper to fly to get a slice, £6.95 for a slice of cheesecake!!!!!!!! I thought I'd either heard wrong or had been overcharged, but nope it's correct. the guy serving did ask me if I wanted ice cream with it, but not ready to spend my little life saving's yet. I'll be sticking to Kaspas in future. The guy serving was very friendly though hence the 2 stars,

I was struggling to find the best waffle for my self as it was my first time in creams cafe. This gentleman "ASHOK " who works in creams cafe explained each and every bit , so my doubts were cleared and he helped me to choose the waffle ! Big shout out to "ASHOK"and CREAMS CAFE!!!!!! Must visit !!!!!!

I went there with a few friends and the service was great although it’s not table service anymore you have to go up and order, but the seating was great, lovely booths and private too. So we received our milkshakes, one strawberry & banana & white kinda bueno, red velvet cake with ice cream and 2 royal Sundaes absolutely am amazing very filling. The sizes were huge mainly your paying for what you get. Lovely service, great dessert will be going back with the girls.

Overall was good just wished workers were on a better mood as that makes part of the whole experience, but I happily almost went into a diabetic coma :)

Very poor customer service, especially to NHS staff! Came in with my partner and spent over £20 on custom orders. I showed the woman on the till my NHS ID for the 10% discount and paid. I noticed after that the price was still a little high and asked for the receipt. She'd only taken off 10p!! My partner went back to query it with the woman and she responded with "well its done now" and dismissed him. God forbid someone in the NHS give her the wrong medication or medical procedure and say "well its done now". That had really soured our mood before the food had even arrived. She then came to the table 10 minutes later asking if we want an ice cream or coffee instead. Had we of wanted an extra ice cream, we would've ordered & paid for that- but it's the principle and the lack of professionalism. Other than that the food was lovely but not sure I'll be returning to this branch.

We have been visiting creams for a very long time and every time the food tastes amazing. The quality of the food is also very nice. The restaurant is kept very clean and tidy as the staff are usually cleaning it after a customer leaves. Exceptional service at the counter.

Ordered desserts and waited. When presented to us order was incorrect and drinks were not brought over. Went to counter to ask for order to be completed, then had to wait for coffee machine to be cleaned out before receiving our drinks. Long after we had finished eating!

Place is quite dark colour wise but staff are friendly and helpful. Noticed the menu had been updated and they do bubble pop waffles as well now. Food tastes good. They accidentally gave me I've cream instead of cream but the very quickly rectified it. Nice place for desserts, can't go wrong!
