Dominos in Lambeth

Messed up my delivery…but pizza obviously is ok

Although receiving a notification pizza was ready for collection, when arrived to shop the pizza wasn’t ready and they only started to make the pizza then which was about 30 minutes later. Not received an apology!!! Disappointed as I’m a regular customer.

Our pizza never arrived and the app was showing as delivered. I then called the store and a guy was very rude and said he didn’t know where the order was. Terrible service, worst costumer service I have had.

Tried to order over the phone and I was told to go away and order online? Said she had no time for phone orders and then spent over 4 minutes explaining why she's so busy... could've just taken the order bruv

It’s the worse dominos I’ve ever had the dis-pleasure of dealing with… my dad came before the pizza did and it was the first time I met him in 20 years, wouldn’t go near this place even if there was a famine.

Never pick up the phone. I’ve been been waiting for my £70 order for two hours. This is the worst Dominos.

Took two hours to deliver cold pizzas and didn't even include all of the order. When I rang to check what was happening they did not answer or hung up immediately. Avoid

Ordered food an hour and 37 mins ago and no sign. They can't even pick up the phone and tell us what's going on. Apparently its being 'quality checked' but does that take 40mins?Shocking customer service and will be seeking a full refund and future discount

Last time had no sauce in the double decadence crust. This time the sauce is dripping out of the box and it tastes like it’s got Vinegar in it lol only had 1 bite the rest is going in the bin. Suspect this was done deliberately, only god knows what else “Robert” put in that dirty sauce (see pics)

Worst Domino’s I’ve ever had. I ordered half and half with American hot and hot&spicy but barely recognised the toppings. Even only one jalapeno in one piece. £4 of Sainsbury’s pizza is definately worthy and I’ll never order it from here.
