Really nice dinner here last night. I was wary, as I had read quite a few reviews about poor service but we experienced the contrary. The service was impeccable (a very efficient and friendly waitress) and the food was very good too (as we’re the cocktails!). Excellent.

The food was great but the service was not so it really made the experience poor. We were ignored while we were there and they said to the table next to us they were understaffed yet they spent about 30 mins stood at the pass just chatting as we waited for our plates to be cleared. When we asked for the bill the gentleman said okay and then didn't bring it we waited 20 mins for it then had to ask again. It was a trip for my partners birthday and his first time in London and I felt embarrassed that I picked here for him.

I've been here a few times before and like always the customer service is pretty much non-existent. We just had a coffee and that was alright. The atmosphere is nice and it's a pretty chilled out place to catch up with friends or get a quick drink on your own whilst on the south bank.

The food at the BFI Riverfront was delicious! We ordered the mushroom risotto and blue cheese, mushroom pizza 🍕🍄 both SO good- blue cheese on pizza?!! InsaneHad a lovely bottle of red 🍷 and shared the honeycomb cheesecake which was also sensational, like seriously good🤤Would be five stars but there was only one member of staff that was super lovely, the rest of the staff seemed like they just couldn’t be bothered, especially the guy that looked like the manager?! Not sure! I mean I get it, working at the south bank, probably super long, busy work days but still not great for a forward facing role in a London hotspot 📍😬

Cool place and vibe to have a pint of beer and a fairly quick lunch. We ordered the beef burguer, the pork with parsley and garlic sauce and chicken salad. Everything was very good, including very polite staff and quick service.

Shared a pizza and had hot chocolate to drink for our walk on the south bank. We had the grandsons with us to look at the holiday lights.

Great to pop in to eat or drink, especially on a cold day like today! Their cinemas are also playing classics, need to stop in for a film soon.

I love this bar, relaxed, friendly and no rif-raf. The only negative is they don't have a great selection of bottled beers (but don't let that stop you from going). The BFI do some great classic films, so its a great place to spend an evening.

The staff were really nice and friendly and service was quick......the rest is downhill from there......the monkfish......tastes of absolutely nothing at all that's if you could find any amongst all that batter, the burger was no better than anything I've had from a burger van, again lacking flavour, and while the drinks were nice they were massively overpriced. Average would be a massively generous compliment to this bland unimaginative food.

Stopped for a quick lunch while having a walk. Food was well plated and delicious. Staff was friendly. Very happy with our food. Ordered the calamari, but they were out. They asked if I'd like olives and scampi instead. Scampi bites were good. Hot chocolate and cappuccino were very good.
