·

Very well decorated space. Great staff and good food! I recommend the steak and smoothies!

·

Loved the cheeseburger and service. Would definitely go back. The drinks could be a bit better. But overall good vibes. The chocolate fudge cake was also yummy

·

The venue is really nice, well decorated and quite big.Staff were really fast and friendly so very good service. There was a lot of staff around so we didn’t have to wait to be served.Food was average towards “fast food” tasting and quality, and portion sizes weren’t great.Ordered the fudge chocolate cake and for someone who loves desserts, found it overly sweet and somewhat artificial tasting. Wouldn’t eat here again but could maybe have drinks here as the environment was lively and friendly.

·

Busy spot, but nice to sit by the water. Food was very “fast food” - not very flavourful and average price for London.Service was pleasant table side, but too busy to be attentive. Had to ask for rest of our order and seek out for our bill after waiting patiently for both.

·

We went for dinner around 6pm. The service was good, the waitress was very helpful and hung around to ask if we were alright. I had the hoisin duck noodles and my friend had the duck salad. They were pretty good for the price!

So I'm going to start this off by telling you all about my experience.I work as a contractor for the South Bank Centre, breakfast and lunches are not cheap around here. But when me and the family spent a weekend in London we found Giraffe. It was my African radar telling me!The service was a bit slow but it was expected as it was breakfast time.Me and the wife both had the egg Benedict she loved them, as for me just trying to be adventurous. The kids deal is a winner, I can't remember how much it was.I'll have to ask the wife.Service 4/5Price 5/5Staff 4/5Location 5/5

The vegan food was decentI didn’t like the chicken wings much and the swinging chicken kebab in the mains was mediocre.Ambience is good. The pinã colada was amazing 😋

·

The restuarant no doubt marketed itself really well!Alot of people. Good space seating. Just next to the river however, the food was disappointing.Nothing amazing or scrumptious in taste. Just ordinary burgers wrapped in big pricing. What I had:Nachos- cold and chewy instead of being saucy, spicy and cheesey. After awhile it was a task to finish it as so dry. Also they got within a minute if us ordering so maybe it was prepared n left out to dry.Mango Iced Tea- Again something out of a can I reckon no unique taste or something that would need a special mention on a menu.La Habana Burger- The only good thing about this is the mango Habanero Sauce otherwise totally skipable. The server took the order and I guess forgot about it.I had to remind him 2 times after 40 mins to check on it.It costed me 20£ for the meal and Definitely not a place I would go again. But the buzz was real as people kept pouring in.Maybe they were regular customers who knew what to order.

·

We had a nice meal here - sat outside under the heaters. Food was tasty and we got to watch the skateboarders which the littleun loved. Food arrived at very different times though - so one of us had finished when the other meal arrived. Other than that all good :)

·

Nice place to eat overall, nice design, friendly staff. The food is good but nothing special, the thing i didn't like is serving children food too hot and after serving our mains, the kitchen should be careful with this and know that kids have always to be served before as they are always hungry 😂
