Been ordering from here for well over a decade. The people at the restaurant are always friendly, professional and sociable. The portions are great and I love the Chinese Style Roast Pork they serve, I can never make an order without getting that.

Standard cheap Chinese food that I’m so lucky to have as my local place in Herne hill

Im not one to complain and write bad reviews but man... Worst take-away ever! Tofu pieces so unevenly cooked that it felt some of the pieces were days-old! Also wondering whether they've been cooked with meat but that might be some kind of fake meat broth...? Food is plain, and they charge you 30p for a splash of sauce ! Also, good to know they're cash only in 2021...

It's all OK. Prawn toast is fine a bit too oily. The grilled dumplings are also a solid OK. Chicken chow mein is a bit below, noodles slightly overcooked and now much meat. It's great if you're really hungry.

I just ordered some food. I began eating and felt nauseous and 5 minutes later had to run to the bathroom. Not a good experience today 😵🤢

First time in years i return here. The king prawn chow mein was quite tasty and lots of prawns. Thank you. And i think I will come back to try the other dishes.

I have previously LOVED this placed and returned for 10 years. Last night my family and I ordered a feast! Sadly this morning we all woke with upset stomachs which was a great disappointment. Hope this was a one off thing but I am unlikely to eat from here again. Two stars for benefit of doubt- food was tasty but not as good as I remember? I feel biased now by my rumbling stomach.

Have been ordering from this place for over 12 years and it is the best one around. Good food, prompt delivery and it will survive the virus as others disappear.

Have been ordering from here for a couple years. For what you pay the quality of food is fantastic, and I do believe they have one of the best crispy chilli shredded beefs in London.

food is usually good and they have forgotten items on occasions. but they have now put the prices up and I do not feel like price reflects the food. was good at the previous prices but not now. I will not be ordering from here again. which is a shame as I have been a customer for 20+ years. will be sticking with full garden Chinese.
