This is one of my treat days, every so often l like to enter into places that l would never visit, this is one of them.As a performance artist l soak up environments, spaces, places and atmospheres.I received a warm welcome, the staff were attentive, the food is fresh and prepared on the premises. It is quite surreal sitting in a Japanese restraunt looking out to Westminster, watching a parade of government cars with police escorts drive by, its certainly a different way to experience London.I even forgot l was inside a hotel complex. I have savoured every moment, every bite and the luxurious atmosphere.A new memory of my city, it never stops surprising me.🇯🇵 Thank you ICHI for a wonderful experience.

Nice sushi restaurant inside the Park Plaza Waterloo. A little pricey. Really nice sake menu. Small seating area. Would definitely go again.

The sushi was kind of OK, but the service was simply horrible. We wanted the rest of our food to take with us, but apparently for safely reasons they had no boxes. We won't come again.

Had come down to London for work and wanted Sushi for dinner. Ichi Sushi caught my eye on Googlemaps. Greated by lovely waitresses, ordered a Miso Soup, Chicken Karrage & Beef Teriyaki Sushi which was phenomenal. I took 1 star off due to it coming to £27 which is quite steep.

Great, fresh, basic Japanese food. Not very creative but an excellent option for fresh sushi. Very efficient staff. We were treated extremely well by everyone. We went early in the evening with our 2 months old baby and we couldnt lose much time. The staff were incredibly attentive and gracious. Awesome view of the Big Ben. We will definitely go back.

Just came back from a meal being a guest at the hotel there..Food was nice very over priced for what it is particularly the don buri bowls. Service was terrible and they place service charge in your bill also. Blonde girls need to learn how to smile and not have their faces down to their knees, and also when giving change back to ya from the bill give it to us nicely not just dump it in the table. Also got handed our sushi to us over the bar/counter like we had ordered McDonald’s and so difficult just to get some water. Learn to pick up your game especially if your placing a 12% service charge on the bill. Not coming here again.Lucky their getting 3 stars as it was only ‘average’.
