I have been to johnnies countless times however not for a while. The food is very consistent so always stays a go to when needing a fry up. The menu has so much to chose from so something for everyone. With my fry up I got the scrambled egg which was Ā£1 extra. It isn’t a traditional scrambled egg it’s like a cross between an omelet and quiche… likely to be made in the microwave, I enjoyed it regardless. The beans were lukewarm when they arrived so by the time I got half way through my meal they were cold. The meal was enjoyable regardless.

A friend brought a couple of is here for lunch. This eatery was really busy which was a good indication to me about the food. The decor and ambiance was awesome and the food was equally good and really good value. The waiting staff were busy but had to time and patience to deal with all the customers. This is somewhere that I'll definitely visit again when in the area.

Brilliant food at affordable prices with staff that are attentive and friendly. My one issue would be how food is delivered to tables; my plate of food walked around the restaurant before getting to me as the waitress couldn't see that I raised my hand when she called my order number. Maybe adopting a system like Nandos where the customers tell you what their table number is and you add that to the ticket might eliminate that problem.Wonderful food and atmosphere and I will definitely be returning!

Been having breakfast here daily cause the people and the food here is great. After long hours of work, I always look forward to eat here. Service is always the best, the staff (Nadia, Alesia, Shana and Nadide) are extremely kind, pleasant and friendly, especially the manager, Yasmin. She always makes time to check up if the food is alright and one of the hardest working woman I know. She takes order patiently even if faced with difficult customers who can be indecisive sometimes just like me coz there are so many good food from their menu, she also serves food and does the cleaning too. Haven’t met a manager liker her to be honest. Lastly, it feels like a home away from home. If you haven’t been to Johnnies, you’re definitely missing a lot, but it’s never too late tho. šŸ˜

The nicest place I have had breakfast in a while. Service was great. Hashbrowns Turkey Rashers and Omelette were amazing!

Visited this beautifully designed breakfast bar with my wife this morning. Customer service was 5 star along with the food. Perfect breakfast and a generous variety on the menu. Would highly recommend

I really did not like this place. The staff were polite, the place was somewhat clean. However, the hot chocolate was too sweet, the sandwich was not nicely presented. One of the waitresses came to the floor to chat with a friend several times. Nice decoration though.

One of the great diners of our time. Johnnies cafe is the people’s cafe, and they have something for everyone. The atmosphere and ambience is wonderful as is the food and their staff are so lovely. Service is super quick and I’ve never had a bad meal ever. If you want to eat where the locals eat, Johnnies Cafe on Coldharbour Lane is that place.Highly recommend their milkshakes, they are the real deal. In my photo is their amazing ā€˜Superbowl Pancake Breakfast, with a Banana Milkshake and a coffee (total cost Ā£17.50)

Lovely food. Cocktails beautiful. Prawns could have had a bit more flavour and the cocktails a tinch bit more alcohol but overall a very pleasant experience
