KFC in Lambeth

Welcome addition to Waterloo Station’s already vibrant, eclectic, commuter belt, food scene.First KFC I had seen with self service terminals, so that was an exciting experience in itself. Marvelled in an awe-like state as I scanned through the customisable menu options.Enjoyed my flamin’ mini wrap with additional hash brown on a late Friday night, drunken, train journey back to the suburbs. Good times.

Lights are attractive,..but if u are looking to sit comfortably and eat,it's the Wrong place. Extremely congested and few chairs to sit. The meal box is excellent. But they spray a lot lot of salt on chicken....more salt more water...

Visited KFC today at Waterloo station. Everything was as per the standards from food to covid safety measures. We ordered a sharing bucket which was served following the standards which I really liked.food taste was great as always and I would also like to mention about Rena...KFC team member... she was really kind, helpful and a great customer service by her. She's a great addition to the waterloo KFC. It was a great experience !!. Cheers to u guys👏.....

Went here after uni to try the new wow box deal. Chicken needs a bit more taste but otherwise the the burger and chips was great. I hate that I have to go back to the till in order to ketchup and other sauces. I understand if it's policy to let the customer ask but I'd rather there just be a machine to get the sauces a person might need. Also for older guests beware the swarms of teenagers and other uni students who tend to get a little loud. Otherwise a pleasant first experience. For other month of meal deals I'd go again otherwise not much point.

My food did come with hair!! I ordered a takeaway because the place was already completely full and there were literally people standing up eating.Even tho I asked for a takeaway my drinks came without a straw, as well.Bro... Disgusting and lack of professionalism.Edit: Next time I'd rather continue shopping with McDonald's because such a thing has never happened to me with them!

I already reviewed this but staff were polite, it was not crowded. I did not wait long. A staff member came after me when they realised part of my order was missing. Going the extra mile, extra points there.

Everytime I look at KFC I think the chicken pieces get smaller and we pay over £1.00 for chips which technically Is one medium sized potato if your lucky cut up fried and thrown into a bag. This is why the term day light robbery comes to mind. Not a fan only went there cos with a friend and she wanted KFC. When she showed me what she paid a fiver for in her bag I had yo laugh

This is one of the most modern KFC’s I’ve been into. Looks great inside and the staff are super polite. The manager and an assistant were serving and they were both really polite and welcoming. One of the best services I’ve received in a KFC. 5*

Can placed in the same box as the chicken. Chicken came stuck to the can. Lovely and hygienic. Covid haven right there. How many people have held that can before it was delivered to me. Shameful
