Amazing experience to watch a movie. The experience is awesome when watched in the biggest screen. Big movies like The Batman needs to be watched in Imax. Must visit.

I love this place but it is looking a bit dated.Also, I thought all films shown were made of the IMAX screen ,but not so. I watched the new Batman. Sound and vision absolutely great, but the whole screen was not used.A slight disappointment but otherwise word still highly recommend.

I went to the BFI IMAX some time ago and it was the best IMAX experience of my life. Al the workers there were very kind and professional. First, my companion and me asked if we could take a picture with the standee for the movie we were going to watch, and one of the workers came with us a took a picture of both of us. Next, before the movie, they followed the IMAX guidelines to the letter: they introduced us the movie we were going to watch, and before the movie, they use the short clip for adapting our senses to the IMAX experience. I have been in other IMAX cinemas before, and they didn't do this. And believe, the change in the experience during the movie is quite noticeable.

First time here watching No way home.Hype is big but I think the cinema screen, room need to have an upgrade. Also being squeezed with 500 people altogether on small seats wasn't a great experience. I couldn't put my legs in cross position properly.Sound system was awful. Seriously it didn't match my expectations.The animator guy at the beginning was cool!I tried this big screen first time and wouldn't come back. Sorry. It didn't give me that wow at all.

Went for Beatles "Get Back" event. The total Immersion experience worked. Interview with Peter Jackson added to the experience as he is now the world's #1 expert! Audience was 50-60% original fans (70+) and the rest younger fans who came because of the Get Back Disney film.

Overall, an incredible experience.From the high quality picture (given it’s the largest screen in Britain), incredible sound quality, right through to the flexible online seat selection.ODEON BFI IMAX has put a great deal of care into delivering a premium customer experience. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here since I was about 12 years old and its easily become my favourite cinema and thats saying a lot since I consider myself a movie connoisseur and have been to all the best cinemas in London.Due to covid, I haven't been here since 2019 and was ecstatic to visit once again for Spider-man: No Way Home.The premier seats were extremely comfortable and the sound quality is perfect. I also enjoy that there is an announcer/speaker before the film begins. It gives the whole experience a premium feeling. I definitely recommend visiting. I will be back for 'The batman'!

The BFI London IMAX is the largest cinema screen in the UK. With 20 m high by 26.5 m wide with a total screen size of 520m². There are 498 seats and only 2 wheelchair spaces. If three test chair friends go to the cinema together only 2 can enter if you have not already occupied the vacancies.It is located in the centre of a roundabout junction with Waterloo Road. You can walk from Waterloo station to there.Admission costs £22.50 per person without discount. There is the Costa café with tables and other shops.

A fantastic cinema! Experience of the IMAX is marvelous and unforgettable. I went to see the James Bond NO TIME TO DIE it is an awesome movie and the bfi IMAX performs the best of it to me.

With biggest screen in the U.K. you experience the movie quite close up. In my opinion the seats are too close even the furthest one. Your eyes can’t possibly focus on the whole screen and with shaky camera effects it’s really disturbing to watch. However it’s still a great experience nevertheless, I’d just prefer to sit further away.Also there’s only cupholder for every second seat, which is really annoying if you’re three people all having drinks.
